苗族初中生反芻思維在正念與消極情緒間的中介作用:基于Bootstrap法的潛變量建模分析

【摘要】:應(yīng)用潛變量建模的方法探討反芻思維在苗族初中生正念與消極情緒間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。選用正念注意覺知量表,積極消極情緒量表以及反芻思維量表對(duì)920名苗族初中生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)苗族初中生的正念與消極情緒顯著負(fù)相關(guān);(2)反芻思維在苗族正念對(duì)消極情緒的影響中發(fā)揮完全中介作用,其中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的74.5%。因此,苗族初中生的正念通過反芻思維影響個(gè)體的消極情緒。
[Abstract]:The latent variable modeling method was used to explore the inner relationship of ruminant thinking between mindfulness and negative emotion of Miao junior high school students. 920 junior high school students of Miao nationality were investigated by positive negative emotion scale and ruminant thinking scale. The results showed that the positive thoughts of Miao junior high school students were negatively correlated with negative emotions. Play a full intermediary role in influence, Therefore, the mindfulness of Miao junior high school students affects the negative emotions of individuals through ruminant thinking.
