【摘要】：為滿足自動化課程由入門到精講的漸進式實驗教學需要,開發(fā)出占用空間小、功能全面、性能穩(wěn)定的工業(yè)自動化多功能控制系統(tǒng)實驗教學平臺。該實驗教學平臺分為PLC與模擬量擴展模塊區(qū)、現(xiàn)場總線信號采集器區(qū)等12個區(qū),涉及PLC、PLC RS485通信擴展板、步進電機等32種元器件。作為實例,給出電壓輸入模擬量控制伺服調速實驗的電氣原理圖和控制程序。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the advanced experimental teaching from introduction to intensive teaching, the automation course is developed with small space and comprehensive functions. The experimental teaching platform of industrial automation multifunctional control system with stable performance is divided into 12 areas, such as PLC and analog signal extension module, field bus signal collector, etc., which relate to PLC RS485 communication extension board. As an example, the electrical schematic diagram and control program of voltage input analog control servo speed regulation experiment are given.
