【摘要】：大學(xué)附屬學(xué)校在我國(guó)教育發(fā)展過(guò)程中是一個(gè)獨(dú)特的存在,也是當(dāng)前城市化進(jìn)程中政府與大學(xué)合作辦學(xué)的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。本文通過(guò)梳理我國(guó)大學(xué)附屬學(xué)校的發(fā)展歷程,解讀大學(xué)附屬學(xué)校聲譽(yù)的歷史基因,揭示當(dāng)代大學(xué)與中小學(xué)的關(guān)系構(gòu)建反映了大學(xué)、中小學(xué)與所在城市發(fā)展之間的互惠本質(zhì)。本文嘗試用一個(gè)包含附屬學(xué)校發(fā)展主要因素的分析模型,對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)涉及各類附屬學(xué)校合作辦學(xué)機(jī)制的演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行歸納,并提出當(dāng)代大學(xué)對(duì)外合作辦學(xué)正在從單一的隸屬模型轉(zhuǎn)向隸屬模型、嵌入模型與契約模型同時(shí)并存的新格局,大學(xué)資源與大學(xué)文化對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育的影響正在從天然的發(fā)生機(jī)制走向大學(xué)、政府、基礎(chǔ)教育之間基于契約的建設(shè)機(jī)制。另外還概括出這一新格局中大學(xué)附屬學(xué)校的各種模式、相關(guān)利益方所遇到的挑戰(zhàn)以及新的規(guī)則體系建設(shè)的需要。
[Abstract]:The university affiliated school is a unique existence in the process of education development in our country, and is also an important content of the cooperation between the government and the university in the current urbanization process. Unscrambling the historical genes of the reputation of university affiliated schools reveals that the relationship between contemporary universities and primary and secondary schools reflects the construction of universities. This paper attempts to use an analytical model which includes the main factors of the development of affiliated schools to summarize the evolution rules of the cooperative school-running mechanism involving all kinds of affiliated schools in China. The paper also puts forward a new pattern that the foreign cooperation of contemporary universities is changing from a single membership model to a membership model, and the embedded model and the contract model coexist at the same time. The influence of university resources and university culture on basic education is changing from the natural mechanism to the contract-based construction mechanism between the government and the basic education. The challenges faced by stakeholders and the need for a new system of rules.
