【摘要】：目的探討中國大陸中學(xué)生非自殺性自傷的流行特征,為今后干預(yù)和控制中學(xué)生非自殺性自傷提供基線數(shù)據(jù)。方法檢索中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)庫(CBM)、中國學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)庫總庫(CNKI)、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫、Embase數(shù)據(jù)庫以及Web of Science中公開發(fā)表的關(guān)于中國大陸中學(xué)生非自殺性自傷的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。使用R軟件及其Meta程序包對納入的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析,按照性別、學(xué)段、城鄉(xiāng)、獨生子女、地區(qū)以及調(diào)查年限進(jìn)行亞組分析,并對納入的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行敏感性分析和發(fā)表偏倚評價。結(jié)果最終共納入文獻(xiàn)22篇,累計納入總樣本量146 936人,非自殺性自傷總檢出率為27.4%(95%CI=24.5%~30.2%)。亞組分析結(jié)果顯示,中國大陸中學(xué)生非自殺性自傷行為檢出率男生(27.2%)高于女生(25.6%),非獨生子女(28.8%)高于獨生子女(28.0%),農(nóng)村(32.2%)高于城市(27.7%),中部地區(qū)(32.3%)高于西部(30.1%)、東部(25.4%)、東北部(5.5%)地區(qū),2012年及之后調(diào)查的檢出率(31.4%)高于2012年之前的檢出率(22.7%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為237.03,9.85,30.28,531.58,120.95,P值均0.05)。本次所納入研究文獻(xiàn)無發(fā)表偏倚,Meta分析結(jié)果穩(wěn)健。結(jié)論我國大陸中學(xué)生非自殺性自傷總體檢出率較高,且在性別、是否為獨生子女、城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)以及調(diào)查年限間存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics of non-suicidal self-injury among middle school students in mainland China. Methods to provide baseline data for intervention and control of non-suicidal self-injury among middle school students in the future. Methods to search the Chinese biomedical database (CBM), the Chinese academic literature database (CNKI), the Weipu Chinese science and technology periodical database (VIPI), and the Wanfang database (Pub Med). Embase database and related documents published in Web of Science on non-suicidal self-injury of middle school students in mainland China. Using R software and its Meta package to analyze the included literature by Meta. Subgroup analysis was carried out according to gender, school level, urban and rural areas, only children, regions and years of investigation. Sensitivity analysis and publication bias evaluation were carried out on the included literature. Results A total of 22 papers were included, with a total sample size of 146,936. The total detection rate of non-suicidal self-injury was 27.4%. The detection rate of non-suicidal self-injury behavior of middle school students in mainland china is 27. 2% higher than that of girls 25. 6% and 28. 8%) higher than that of only-child students 28. 0%, rural area 32. 2%) higher than that of urban area 27. 7%, central area 32. 3%) higher than that of western region 30. 1%, east part 25. 4%, northeast 5. 5%) area, 2012 and the following. The positive rate of the latter investigation was higher than that before 2012, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2) = 237.03 / 9.85.28 ~ 30.28 / 531.58 / 120.95P = 0.055.The results of meta-analysis of non-self-bias Meta-analysis of the literature included in this study were stable. Conclusion the non-self-bias Meta-analysis results of middle school students in mainland China are stable. The detection rate of killing self-injury was high. There were differences in sex, whether only child, urban and rural areas and years of investigation.
