【摘要】：知識(shí)可分為兩種,一種是軟知識(shí),一種是硬知識(shí)。對(duì)于軟知識(shí),目前至少有三種不同的理解。區(qū)別軟知識(shí)和硬知識(shí)最主要的指標(biāo)是知識(shí)的穩(wěn)定性。穩(wěn)定性又包含三層含義:一是結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,二是內(nèi)容的穩(wěn)定性,三是價(jià)值的穩(wěn)定性。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,在信息技術(shù)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的軟知識(shí)大量涌現(xiàn)。在邁向智能時(shí)代的今天,什么是軟知識(shí)、如何看待軟知識(shí)、軟知識(shí)與碎片化知識(shí)的異同、學(xué)習(xí)軟知識(shí)需要哪些新理念、新策略以及認(rèn)識(shí)軟知識(shí)有何現(xiàn)實(shí)意義等問題,對(duì)"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時(shí)代的一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)者而言已變得越來(lái)越重要。
[Abstract]:There are two kinds of knowledge, one is soft knowledge, the other is hard knowledge. At present, there are at least three different understandings. The most important indicator of distinguishing soft knowledge from hard knowledge is the stability of knowledge. Stability also includes three levels of meaning: first, the stability of the structure, the second, the stability of the content. The third is the stability of value. Due to the rapid development of network and information technology, the soft knowledge in the information technology-related fields has sprung up in large numbers. What is soft knowledge and how to treat soft knowledge in the era of intelligence? The similarities and differences between soft knowledge and fragmented knowledge, what new ideas and strategies are needed to learn soft knowledge, and what practical significance soft knowledge has become more and more important for a learner in the era of "Internet".
