【摘要】：在我國推進(jìn)教育信息化的背景下,MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses)在全球高等教育領(lǐng)域迅速興起并廣泛應(yīng)用,對大學(xué)教學(xué)管理產(chǎn)生了全面而深刻的影響。文章分析了MOOCs對大學(xué)現(xiàn)行教學(xué)觀念、教學(xué)管理范式、教學(xué)管理制度等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出MOOCs背景下我國大學(xué)教學(xué)管理創(chuàng)新的路徑,大學(xué)應(yīng)積極構(gòu)建適應(yīng)MOOCs教學(xué)管理的體現(xiàn)大學(xué)使命的教學(xué)文化,著力建設(shè)在線教學(xué)文化與教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化,推動(dòng)中國大學(xué)教師走向卓越教學(xué);構(gòu)建教學(xué)管理新范式,積極共享利用MOOCs平臺優(yōu)質(zhì)課程,建設(shè)中文慕課平臺,改造和建設(shè)本土化慕課課程,推進(jìn)"專業(yè)管理"向"課程管理"轉(zhuǎn)變;促進(jìn)教學(xué)管理制度創(chuàng)新,探索MOOCs認(rèn)證制度,構(gòu)建MOOCs混合式教學(xué)模式,改革MOOCs教學(xué)管理方式,促進(jìn)MOOCs可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of promoting education informatization in our country, MOOCsM massive Open Online course (MOOCsM) is rapidly rising and widely used in the field of higher education in the world, which has a comprehensive and profound influence on university teaching management. This paper analyzes the current teaching concept of university by MOOCs. On the basis of the challenge of teaching management paradigm and teaching management system, this paper puts forward the innovation path of university teaching management under the background of MOOCs, and the university should actively construct the teaching culture which embodies the mission of university, which adapts to the teaching management of MOOCs. Focusing on building online teaching culture and teaching team culture, promoting Chinese university teachers to be excellent in teaching, constructing a new paradigm of teaching management, actively sharing high-quality courses using MOOCs platform, and building a platform for Chinese teaching. To reform and construct the native course, to promote the transformation from "professional management" to "course management", to promote the innovation of teaching management system, to explore the MOOCs certification system, to construct the mixed teaching mode of MOOCs, and to reform the teaching management mode of MOOCs. Promote the sustainable development of MOOCs.
