【摘要】：以遼寧省13個市2020名新畢業(yè)師范生為被試,采用自編問卷為調(diào)查工具,對其就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)發(fā)展和生存境況進行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)學歷層次對其就業(yè)、任教具有一定影響;新畢業(yè)師范生表現(xiàn)出從教適應(yīng)關(guān)鍵期特征;工資、住房等生存境況是影響師范畢業(yè)生農(nóng)村任教穩(wěn)定性的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Taking 2020 new normal college students from 13 cities of Liaoning Province as the subjects, using self-made questionnaire as the investigation tool, the author investigated their employment status, professional development and living conditions, and found that the educational level had certain influence on their employment and teaching. The new graduates of normal school show the characteristics of adaptation period and the living conditions such as salary and housing are the important factors that affect the stability of teachers college graduates in rural teaching.
