【摘要】：采用問卷法對600名青少年進行問卷調查,探討移動社交媒介的過度使用對青少年睡眠質量的影響,考察孤獨感和焦慮在其中所起的作用。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):睡眠質量與移動社交媒介過度使用、孤獨感、焦慮三個變量存在顯著的負相關,過度使用、孤獨感、焦慮三個變量相互間存在顯著正相關;結構方程模型分析顯示,孤獨感和焦慮在移動社交媒介過度使用對睡眠質量的影響中起多重中介作用,移動社交媒介過度使用對青少年睡眠質量的直接效應不顯著,移動社交媒介過度使用通過孤獨感和焦慮間接影響青少年的睡眠質量,還通過孤獨感-焦慮中介鏈對睡眠質量產生間接效應。移動社交媒介的過度使用會使青少年感覺更加的孤獨和焦慮,從而對青少年的睡眠質量產生消極影響。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effects of excessive use of mobile social media on the sleep quality of 600 adolescents, 600 adolescents were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that sleep quality was negatively correlated with mobile social media overuse, loneliness and anxiety. There was a significant positive correlation among the three variables of anxiety, and the structural equation model analysis showed that loneliness and anxiety played a multiple role in the influence of mobile social media overuse on sleep quality. The direct effect of excessive use of mobile social media on the sleep quality of adolescents was not significant. Excessive use of mobile social media indirectly affected the sleep quality of adolescents through loneliness and anxiety. The excessive use of mobile social media will make adolescents feel more lonely and anxious, and thus have a negative impact on the quality of sleep.
