舞動(dòng)治療對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往不良的干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在探討舞動(dòng)心理輔導(dǎo)對(duì)人際關(guān)系不良大學(xué)生的影響作用。在文獻(xiàn)研究中,對(duì)舞動(dòng)治療、人際交往現(xiàn)狀等方面的研究成果進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié);在實(shí)驗(yàn)階段,運(yùn)用舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方式進(jìn)行干預(yù),理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合探索大學(xué)生人際交往不良的輔導(dǎo)措施。采用2(干預(yù)組/實(shí)驗(yàn)組)*2(前測(cè)/后測(cè))實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),將篩選出的40名有人際交往問(wèn)題的大學(xué)生分為等質(zhì)的兩組,干預(yù)組接受持續(xù)6次,每次2小時(shí)的舞動(dòng)輔導(dǎo),對(duì)照組被試不接受任何處理。使用《大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系綜合診斷量表》和《人際信任量表》對(duì)兩組被試分別進(jìn)行前后測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示,對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組被試在前測(cè)的各指標(biāo)上差異不顯著,在后測(cè)的各指標(biāo)上差異顯著。1組內(nèi)差異檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,干預(yù)組被試的人際關(guān)系后測(cè)顯著高于前測(cè)(t=2.343,p0.05),對(duì)照組被試的人際關(guān)系后測(cè)與前測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.672,p0.05)。2組間差異結(jié)果顯示,對(duì)照組后測(cè)和干預(yù)組后測(cè)人際關(guān)系差異顯著(t=2.138,p0.05)。3舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)能顯著改善大學(xué)生的人際交往不良問(wèn)題,可應(yīng)用在高校心理健康教育工作中。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of dance psychological counseling on college students with poor interpersonal relationships. In the literature study, the research results of dance therapy and interpersonal communication are summarized and summarized. In the experiment stage, dance group counseling was used to intervene. Combining theory with practice to explore the counseling measures of college students' interpersonal malcommunication, the experimental design of 2 (intervention group / experimental group) was adopted. Forty college students with interpersonal problems were divided into two equal groups. The intervention group received dancing counseling for 6 times each time for 2 hours. The control group did not accept any treatment. The subjects of the two groups were tested before and after using the Comprehensive Diagnostic scale of College students' interpersonal relationship and the scale of interpersonal Trust. There was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group in each index of pre-test, but there was significant difference in each index in the post-test. 1. The results of intra-group difference test showed that there was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group. The post-test of interpersonal relationship in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the pre-test group (2.343p0.05), but there was no significant difference between the post-test and pre-test data of the control group. The results showed that the difference of interpersonal relationship between the control group and the intervention group was significant (t = 2.138). P0.053.Dancing group psychological counseling can significantly improve the poor interpersonal communication of college students, and can be applied to the mental health education in colleges and universities.
