【摘要】：《推進(jìn)共建"一帶一路"教育行動(dòng)》提出將"教育行動(dòng)五通"作為基礎(chǔ)性舉措,開展教育互聯(lián)互通。絕大部分"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略沿線國家已經(jīng)或準(zhǔn)備實(shí)施國家資格框架(NQF)。全面溝通和對(duì)接"一帶一路"沿線國家資格框架,要以建立跨國基準(zhǔn)框架為基本途徑,統(tǒng)籌整合資格框架設(shè)計(jì)、資格等級(jí)體系、學(xué)分積累與轉(zhuǎn)換體系和質(zhì)量保障體系,從而對(duì)接沿線國家教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和市場標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促進(jìn)跨國人才流動(dòng)。
