【摘要】："MIR-DC"模型是以職前教師教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),通過微格和信息化交互網(wǎng)平臺,實現(xiàn)師生校內(nèi)外互動,從而診斷、矯正和提升學(xué)生教學(xué)行為的模型。文章依據(jù)映射理論,通過實證研究,對"MIR-DC"培訓(xùn)效果進(jìn)行科學(xué)的評估和論證。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),"MIR-DC"系統(tǒng)對學(xué)生教學(xué)能力的提升起到顯著影響,這一影響表現(xiàn)在兩個方面:一是"MIR-DC"系統(tǒng)對教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)可以獨立施加影響;二是"MIR-DC"系統(tǒng)對學(xué)生主觀意識(自我效能感和培訓(xùn)興趣)具有映射作用,這一映射作用能夠提升學(xué)生教學(xué)能力培訓(xùn)效果。
[Abstract]:The "MIR-DC" model aims at the cultivation of pre-service teachers' teaching ability, and realizes the interaction between teachers and students in and out of schools through the platform of micro-grid and information interactive network, and thus diagnoses. According to the mapping theory and empirical research, this paper evaluates and demonstrates the effect of "MIR-DC" training scientifically. The "MIR-DC" system has a significant impact on the improvement of students' teaching ability, which is manifested in two aspects: first, the "MIR-DC" system can exert an independent influence on the cultivation of teaching ability; Second, the "MIR-DC" system can map students' subjective consciousness (self-efficacy and training interest), which can improve the training effect of students' teaching ability.
