【摘要】:義務(wù)教育學(xué)段學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)過重,不但阻礙青少年的身心健康,而且影響到基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷深化和教育質(zhì)量的進(jìn)一步提升。因此,國家和各級教育部門多次頒布“減負(fù)”的相關(guān)政策和文件,力求將學(xué)生從課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的枷鎖中解放出來,但目前各地“減負(fù)”效果卻并不顯著,部分地區(qū)義務(wù)教育學(xué)段學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)過重的現(xiàn)象仍然不容樂觀。論文以國家教育部“減輕學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)”改革項(xiàng)目試點(diǎn)單位安徽省為研究范圍,力求分析該區(qū)域義務(wù)教育學(xué)段學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的現(xiàn)狀,并對由課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)過重而產(chǎn)生的問題提出解決和改善的建議。本論文為實(shí)證研究,共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章節(jié)為緒論,包括課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究思路和方法以及核心概念的界定。第二章節(jié)是文獻(xiàn)綜述,從理論研究、實(shí)證研究和政策研究三方面對國內(nèi)的課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)研究進(jìn)行綜述;而關(guān)于國外課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)研究,則選取具有代表性的美國和日本進(jìn)行分析,并就其他國家實(shí)施的有效“減負(fù)”經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理。第三章節(jié)為調(diào)查的主體部分,主要包括調(diào)研方案設(shè)計(jì)、問卷說明和數(shù)據(jù)采集及處理。第四章節(jié)是闡述課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,從學(xué)校課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)、家庭課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)和主觀感受三個(gè)維度對安徽省義務(wù)教育學(xué)段學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。第五章節(jié)是成因分析與改善建議,主要從安徽省義務(wù)教育學(xué)段學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)存在的癥結(jié)入手進(jìn)行歸因分析,并針對性地提出一些改善建議,具體建議如下:1.強(qiáng)化制度建設(shè),規(guī)范辦學(xué)行為;2.深化教學(xué)改革,提升教學(xué)質(zhì)效;3.強(qiáng)化家校合作,倡導(dǎo)理性家教;4.優(yōu)化資源配置,促進(jìn)教育均衡。
[Abstract]:The heavy burden on students in compulsory education not only hinders the physical and mental health of young people, but also affects the deepening of the reform of basic education and the further improvement of the quality of education. The state and educational departments at all levels have repeatedly promulgated relevant policies and documents to "reduce the burden" in an effort to liberate students from the shackles of the burden of school work, but at present the effect of "reducing the burden" in various localities is not significant. Part of the compulsory education school students overburdened phenomenon is still not optimistic. This paper takes Anhui Province as the pilot unit of the Ministry of Education "lighten the burden of students' schoolwork" as the research scope. This paper tries to analyze the present situation of the students' schoolwork burden of compulsory education in this region, and puts forward some suggestions to solve and improve the problems caused by the overburden of the schoolwork. This paper is an empirical study. It is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the definition of core concepts. The second chapter is a literature review, from the theoretical research. The empirical research and policy research on the burden of homework in China are summarized. For the study of the burden of school work abroad, the representative of the United States and Japan are selected to analyze the effective "burden reduction" experience of other countries. The third chapter is the main part of the survey. Mainly includes the research scheme design, the questionnaire description and the data collection and the processing. 4th chapter is the elaboration schoolwork burden present situation and the existence question, from the school schoolwork burden. This paper investigates and analyzes the burden of homework on the students of compulsory education in Anhui province from the three dimensions of family homework burden and subjective feeling. Chapter 5th is the cause analysis and improvement suggestion. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the students' schoolwork burden in compulsory education in Anhui Province, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, which are as follows: 1.Strengthening the system construction and standardizing the school running behavior; 2.deepen the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality and effect; 3.Strengthening home-school cooperation and advocating rational tutoring; 4. Optimize the allocation of resources and promote the balance of education.
