【摘要】：正應(yīng)急時(shí)的社會輿論應(yīng)對應(yīng)遵循"做好"與"說好"同步的原則,在做好應(yīng)急工作的前提下開展危機(jī)公關(guān),在展現(xiàn)積極態(tài)度的基礎(chǔ)上高效應(yīng)急。學(xué)校安全牽動全國人民的關(guān)切,中央多次強(qiáng)調(diào)建立健全學(xué)校安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)環(huán)境趨于復(fù)雜且風(fēng)險(xiǎn)機(jī)理更加多元的局面下,學(xué)校安全的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防治應(yīng)強(qiáng)化以學(xué)生為中心的理念,遵規(guī)律、講法治、優(yōu)方法、重實(shí)效,全
