【摘要】:目的調(diào)查我國(guó)心理健康教育服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,分析其存在的問(wèn)題。方法通過(guò)自編的《心理健康教育情況調(diào)查表》,對(duì)全國(guó)6個(gè)地區(qū)的各類學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)中正在從事心理健康教育的2351名工作人員進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果心理健康教育服務(wù)從業(yè)人員年齡較輕(33.82±8.11),且以女性(70.3%)為主;受教育程度主要集中于本科(50.4%),在心理健康教育服務(wù)從業(yè)人員的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)中,主要是參加短期培訓(xùn)班(31.4%);心理健康教育的對(duì)象主要是學(xué)生,其次為社區(qū)居民;心理健康教育的原則主要是助人自助,以發(fā)揮受教育者自主性的原則(29.1%)為主,心理健康教育理論中最主要的是認(rèn)知主義理論(26.5%),維護(hù)心理健康的內(nèi)容以人際交往、情緒調(diào)節(jié)和自我意識(shí)等內(nèi)容為主,開展心理健康教育的方式主要以課堂教學(xué)(23.6%)為主,進(jìn)行心理健康教育常用的方法是案例分析(20.6%);在教育者方面,遇到的困難主要是:個(gè)人能力不足,時(shí)間不夠,人員不足,缺乏督導(dǎo)、指導(dǎo)和缺少培訓(xùn);受教育者方面遇到的困難包括:不重視、不配合,自身文化程度低;社會(huì)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、學(xué)校的不重視,經(jīng)費(fèi)缺乏、場(chǎng)地不足等。結(jié)論從目前的調(diào)查來(lái)看,我國(guó)的心理健康教育工作已逐步得到提升,但是依然存在一些不足,需要國(guó)家、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、全民共同關(guān)注,共同參與,才能使心理健康教育事業(yè)得到進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of mental health education service in China and analyze its existing problems. A survey was conducted among 2351 staff in social institutions who were engaged in mental health education. Results the employees of mental health education service were younger than 33.82 鹵8.11 years old. And female 70.3%); The education level is mainly concentrated in the undergraduate course 50.4, in the mental health education service personnel related training, mainly is participates in the short-term training course to have 31.4am; The object of mental health education is mainly students, followed by community residents; The principle of mental health education is mainly to help others to help themselves, to give play to the principle of autonomy of the educatee 29.1mainly, the most important in the theory of mental health education is the cognitive theory of 26.5). The main contents of maintaining mental health are interpersonal communication, emotional regulation and self-awareness, and the main way to carry out mental health education is classroom teaching. The common method of mental health education is case analysis. In the case of educators, the main difficulties encountered are: insufficient personal capacity, insufficient time, insufficient personnel, lack of supervision, guidance and lack of training; The difficulties encountered by the educatees include: lack of attention, lack of cooperation, low level of their own education; Conclusion from the current investigation, the mental health education work of our country has been gradually promoted, but there are still some shortcomings, need the country. The society, school and the whole people pay attention to and participate together, can make the mental health education cause to get further development.
