【摘要】：教師要讓教學更美好,就要學會與自己相處、與學生相處、與教學的不確定性相處。學會與自己相處包括學會與自己的"已經(jīng)發(fā)生"相處、與自己的"內(nèi)心"相處、與自己的"思維"相處;學會與學生相處包括學會與學生的"未完成性"相處、與學生的"與眾不同"相處、與學生的"獨立性"相處;學會與教育教學的"不確定性"相處,則需要教師深刻理解課堂教學的"不確定性",并通過協(xié)調(diào)"預設和生成"的關系,確保教學中確定性與不確定性的平衡。
