【摘要】：人的社會(huì)性本質(zhì)與人的共生性存在決定了每一個(gè)人都需要與他人產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系,需要來(lái)自他人的關(guān)心。關(guān)懷具有恒久性的價(jià)值,在教育中更是如此。沒有關(guān)懷的教育猶如無(wú)源之水,無(wú)本之木,是沒有靈魂的。教育是一項(xiàng)為了教師與學(xué)生幸福的事業(yè),教育的過(guò)程即是追求幸福的過(guò)程。因此,基于關(guān)懷理論研究師生關(guān)系的本質(zhì)與關(guān)懷的現(xiàn)狀對(duì)師生關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)懷理論代表人諾丁斯將關(guān)懷倫理學(xué)發(fā)展到教育領(lǐng)域,形成了教育的另一種模式——學(xué)會(huì)關(guān)心。關(guān)懷理論的教育目的旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主自覺的關(guān)懷能力,培養(yǎng)個(gè)體實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值與對(duì)待生活的正確態(tài)度,培養(yǎng)有關(guān)懷能力、愛人也值得人愛的人。諾丁斯反對(duì)普遍抽象的理性主義,注重情感與關(guān)系的維持,重視差異性、尊重個(gè)體性、立足具體情境,注重關(guān)系性的建立,這對(duì)師生關(guān)系的建構(gòu)有一定的啟發(fā)。通過(guò)查閱關(guān)懷理論與師生關(guān)系的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)書籍,分析師生關(guān)系的本質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),從根本層面來(lái)看,師生關(guān)系是人與人之間平等對(duì)話的交往關(guān)系,而師生關(guān)系的特殊規(guī)定性又派生出其是互助共進(jìn)的教學(xué)關(guān)系、倫理關(guān)系與情感上的心理關(guān)系的有機(jī)結(jié)合與統(tǒng)一。在關(guān)懷理論的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐與觀察,分析師生之間關(guān)心缺失現(xiàn)狀,當(dāng)前師生關(guān)系中的關(guān)心具有一定的功利性、非連續(xù)性以及單向性等問(wèn)題。在對(duì)師生關(guān)系關(guān)心現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合教學(xué)觀察與資料分析,師生之間關(guān)懷缺失的成因主要有以下幾點(diǎn):教師的教育觀念與能力、學(xué)校教育制度下的功利化傾向、學(xué)校管理方式的非民主化、學(xué)生個(gè)人因素等。針對(duì)師生關(guān)系缺失的原因,基于關(guān)懷理論與相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析與借鑒在論文的最后一部分中從學(xué)校管理層面、校園氛圍、教育影響以及最為關(guān)鍵的教師方面提出具體的改進(jìn)策略,以期對(duì)師生關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The social nature of human beings and the symbiotic existence of human beings determine that everyone needs to be connected with others and need care from others. Education without care is like no source of water, no wood, no soul. Education is a cause for the happiness of teachers and students. The process of education is the pursuit of happiness. The study of the essence and present situation of teacher-student relationship based on caring theory has certain guiding significance for the development direction of teacher-student relationship. Care theory represents Nordins to develop caring ethics into the field of education. The educational purpose of the theory of care is to cultivate students' ability of self-conscious care, and to cultivate the individual to realize their own value and correct attitude towards life. Noddings opposes the universal abstract rationalism, pays attention to the maintenance of emotion and relationship, pays attention to the difference, respects the individuality, and bases on the concrete situation. Focus on the establishment of the relationship, which has certain inspiration for the construction of teacher-student relationship. Through consulting the theory of concern and the relationship between teachers and students related to literature, analysis of the relationship between teachers and students of the nature of the structure, from the fundamental level. The teacher-student relationship is the communicative relationship of equal dialogue between people, and the special stipulation of teacher-student relationship is derived from the teaching relationship of mutual aid and common progress. Under the guidance of caring theory, combined with educational teaching practice and observation, this paper analyzes the present situation of lack of care between teachers and students. At present, concern in teacher-student relationship has some problems such as utilitarianism, discontinuity and unidirectionality. Based on the analysis of the current situation of teacher-student relationship, this paper combines teaching observation and data analysis. The causes of the lack of care between teachers and students are as follows: teachers' educational concepts and abilities, the utilitarian tendency under the school education system, and the non-democratization of school management. Based on the theory of care and related literature analysis and reference in the last part of the paper from the school management level campus atmosphere. In order to guide the development of teacher-student relationship, the influence of education and the most important aspects of teachers put forward concrete improvement strategies.
