【摘要】：現(xiàn)今的大學(xué)生心理健康教育對于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生健康的心理素質(zhì)具有十分重大基石作用。因此,心理健康教育課程教學(xué)是當(dāng)前高校加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康的重要方法。筆者深入研究了當(dāng)前各大高校心理健康課程的現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)自身多年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對大學(xué)生心理健康教育課程的改革提出自己的幾點(diǎn)拙見。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the mental health education of college students plays a very important role in cultivating the psychological quality of college students. Therefore, the course teaching of mental health education is an important method to strengthen the mental health of college students. The author deeply studies the present situation of mental health courses in colleges and universities, and according to his own teaching experience for many years, puts forward some humble opinions on the reform of mental health education courses for college students.
