基礎(chǔ)教育公共服務滿意度研究述評

【摘要】：滿意度正在成為基礎(chǔ)教育公共服務績效評估的一種新取向,而這種新取向與目前的學業(yè)質(zhì)量評估相比不只是主體上的差異,更是深層次上的價值取向差異。也正是由于牽涉價值取向,社會學、教育學、管理學等多學科視角為科學構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)教育公共服務滿意度測評思路方法提供了借鑒。但目前基礎(chǔ)教育滿意度研究仍然相對薄弱,作為證據(jù)的研究空間很大,尤其是在收集盡量細分的多種類型數(shù)據(jù)、合理推斷影響滿意度的多類別因素之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系、科學使用測評結(jié)果等方面。
[Abstract]:Satisfaction is becoming a new orientation of public service performance evaluation in basic education, and this new orientation is not only the difference of subject, but also the difference of value orientation in deep level compared with the current academic quality evaluation. It is precisely because of the value orientation, sociology, pedagogy, management and other multi-disciplinary perspective for the scientific construction of basic education public service satisfaction evaluation methods provide a reference. However, at present, the research on basic education satisfaction is still relatively weak, and the research space as evidence is very large, especially in the collection of as many types of data as possible, and reasonably infer the correlation between the multi-category factors that affect satisfaction.
