【摘要】：正豐臺(tái)區(qū)是北京市城六區(qū)之一。近年來(lái),豐臺(tái)區(qū)搶抓北京市教育改革和區(qū)域強(qiáng)勢(shì)發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇,始終把擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)資源、推進(jìn)區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展放在首要戰(zhàn)略地位。伴隨新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革,豐臺(tái)區(qū)以優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的重組整合為切入點(diǎn),采取四大策略,構(gòu)建優(yōu)質(zhì)、均衡、和諧、人本、開(kāi)放、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的區(qū)域教育生態(tài)。一、布局調(diào)整資源整合策略將教育資源空間布局納入全區(qū)城市建設(shè)總體規(guī)劃之中,按照"擴(kuò)大規(guī)模、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提升品質(zhì)、辦出特色"的思路,以總量滿足社會(huì)需求、布局滿足服務(wù)半徑、規(guī)模滿足辦學(xué)需要為目標(biāo),以"存量突出整合、
[Abstract]:Zhengfeng Tai District is one of the six districts in Beijing. In recent years, Fengtai District has grasped the great opportunity of education reform and strong regional development in Beijing, and has always placed the expansion of high-quality resources and the promotion of regional balanced development as the most important strategic position. With a new round of comprehensive reform in the field of basic education, Fengtai takes the reorganization and integration of high-quality educational resources as the starting point and adopts four major strategies to construct the regional educational ecology of high quality, balance, harmony, humanism, openness and sustainable development. First, the strategy of layout adjustment and resource integration will bring the spatial layout of educational resources into the overall urban construction plan of the whole district. According to the idea of "expanding the scale, optimizing the structure, improving the quality, and making the characteristics", the total amount of educational resources can meet the needs of the society.
