教師敘事研究的三個保障條件

【摘要】:正教師敘事研究作為一種研究方法,已經成為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑,教師敘事研究有助于教師研究素養(yǎng)的形成。然而在當前教育現(xiàn)實中,時間資源的缺乏,理論素養(yǎng)的不足等制約著教師的敘事研究,本文擬從這個角度提出教師進行敘事研究的三個保證條件:自由充足的時間,一定的教育理論基礎以及建立交流教師敘事研究成果的平臺。
[Abstract]:As a research method, teachers' narrative research has become an important way for teachers' professional development. Teachers' narrative research is helpful to the formation of teachers' research accomplishment. However, in the current educational reality, the lack of time resources, the lack of theoretical literacy and other constraints on teachers' narrative research, this paper proposes three guarantee conditions for teachers to carry out narrative research: free and sufficient time, The foundation of educational theory and the platform of exchanging the research results of teacher narrative.
