【摘要】：胡錦濤同志十七大報告關(guān)于教育的論述,是我國教育發(fā)展的科學(xué)指南。"論述"第一次把"優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育,建設(shè)人力資源強國"作為改善民生的首要任務(wù),指出了長期以來影響教育健康發(fā)展而又難以破解的問題,對今后我國教育的科學(xué)發(fā)展提出了全面的指導(dǎo)性要求。"論述"關(guān)于教育是民族振興的基石、堅持教育公益性質(zhì)、教育公平是社會公平的重要基礎(chǔ)的科學(xué)創(chuàng)新理念,對我國在新的歷史起點上如何提升和促進教育事業(yè)健康、科學(xué)發(fā)展有著極其重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao's exposition on education in the report of the Seventeenth National Congress is a scientific guide for the development of education in China.
