基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)探究

【摘要】: 隨著教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展要求的確立,世界各國(guó)都高度重視教育實(shí)習(xí),希望借助教育實(shí)習(xí)跨越教師教育中理論與實(shí)踐的鴻溝。本論文立足于高師院校的實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)比較分析國(guó)內(nèi)外教育實(shí)習(xí)的主要形式,考察網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用于教師教育的理論與實(shí)踐,探究一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的師范生教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái),促進(jìn)老師與學(xué)生、學(xué)生與學(xué)生間的交流和知識(shí)傳遞以及學(xué)生的自我反思,形成一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)共同體,更好的輔助和促進(jìn)教育實(shí)習(xí)。 本論文重點(diǎn)論述的內(nèi)容包括以下章節(jié): 第一章引言介紹了本平臺(tái)的研究背景,并提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)的初步構(gòu)想,然后對(duì)研究目標(biāo)和研究方法做了說(shuō)明。 第二章對(duì)教育實(shí)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,主要介紹了教師教育、教育實(shí)習(xí)的概念,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外教育實(shí)習(xí)的近況比較及我國(guó)教育實(shí)習(xí)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)等問(wèn)題。 第三章介紹了構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)的理論依據(jù),探尋了隱性知識(shí)的由來(lái)以及基本理論,分析了教師實(shí)踐性知識(shí)與教師培養(yǎng)的關(guān)系以及反思的概念與反思途徑。 第四章根據(jù)前一章的相關(guān)理論對(duì)教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)的主要模塊進(jìn)行分析,主要是教學(xué)錄像模塊和博客模塊。 第五章平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)與評(píng)價(jià),分別介紹了教育實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)的工作原理、總體結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊、技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),最后通過(guò)應(yīng)用案例結(jié)合調(diào)查報(bào)告進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 最后總結(jié)了此次研究的成果,然后分析了研究中存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)未來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of teachers' professional development, countries all over the world attach great importance to educational practice, hoping to bridge the gap between theory and practice in teacher education with the help of educational practice. This paper is based on the actual situation of normal colleges and universities, by comparing and analyzing the main forms of educational practice at home and abroad, investigating the theory and practice of applying network to teacher education, and exploring a kind of education practice platform for normal students based on network. To promote communication and knowledge transfer between teachers and students, students and self-reflection, to form a learning community, to better assist and promote educational practice. The main content of this thesis includes the following chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background of the platform, and puts forward the preliminary conception of the web-based education practice platform, and then explains the research objectives and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of educational practice, mainly introduces the concept of teacher education and educational practice, analyzes the recent situation comparison of educational practice at home and abroad and the challenges faced by educational practice in China. The third chapter introduces the theoretical basis of constructing web-based educational practice platform, explores the origin and basic theory of tacit knowledge, and analyzes the relationship between teachers' practical knowledge and teacher's training, the concept of reflection and the way of reflection. The fourth chapter analyzes the main modules of the educational practice platform according to the related theories in the previous chapter, mainly teaching video module and blog module. The fifth chapter is the design and evaluation of the platform. It introduces the working principle, the overall structure, the function module, the technical realization method and the key technology of the platform. Finally, the application case is used to evaluate the platform combined with the investigation report. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of this study, and then analyzes the existing problems and prospects for the future.
