教育境界論

【摘要】: 教育境界是指教育主體覺解而形成的一種意義世界,是教育主體的“靈明”所照亮了的他所生活于其中的意義世界。既包括教師在教育實踐活動中覺解到從教動機、教學(xué)技能、專業(yè)角色等實在意義之后而生活于其中的意義世界,又包括學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中覺解到其自身的學(xué)習(xí)的實在意義而生活于其中的意義世界,還包括實施教育活動的學(xué)校團體在行使社會賦予的教育使命過程中覺解到教育價值的實在意義后而生活于其中的意義世界。從內(nèi)涵出發(fā),教育境界可以分別從“個體”層面和“整體”層面來審視。以“教師個體”的維度來審視教育境界,教師的從教動機、教學(xué)技能、教師對專業(yè)角色層次的自我定位是三個審視的視角。從教師的從教動機這一視角來看,教育有謀生、責(zé)任、幸福三種境界;從教學(xué)技能這一視角來看,教育有“全�!�、“筋骨”、“無�!比N境界;從教師對專業(yè)角色層次的自我定位這一視角來看,教育有經(jīng)師、人師兩種境界。以“學(xué)生個體”的維度來審視教育境界,有受動教育、感受教育、享受教育三種境界。從“整體”層面來審視教育境界,則有以“物”為主要價值取向和以“人”為主要價值取向兩種境界。教育的理想境界是“人本”價值取向下主體的共贏發(fā)展。教育活動不僅要追求境界,更應(yīng)追求高境界。提升教育境界是人性發(fā)展使然,是教育本質(zhì)的要求,是教育質(zhì)量的前提�!靶小焙汀拔颉笔墙逃辰缣嵘膬蓷l路徑,學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生是教育境界提升的主體。在此兩條路徑上,教育境界的提升方法多面且多樣。
[Abstract]:The realm of education refers to the world of meaning formed by the awareness of the subject of education, and the world of meaning in which the subject of education is illuminated by the light of his mind. It includes the world of meaning that teachers live in after they understand the practical meaning of teaching motivation, teaching skills, professional roles and so on. It also includes the world of meaning in which students learn to understand the real meaning of their own learning, It also includes the world of meaning in which school groups that carry out educational activities are aware of the real significance of educational value in the course of carrying out the educational mission entrusted by society. Starting from the connotation, the educational realm can be examined from the individual level and the whole level. From the perspective of "teacher's individual", the teachers' teaching motivation, teaching skills and teachers' self-orientation to the level of professional role are three angles of view. From the perspective of teachers' motivation to teach, education has three realms of earning a living, responsibility and happiness, and from the perspective of teaching skills, there are three kinds of realms: "all cattle", "bones and bones" and "no cattle". From the perspective of teachers' self-orientation of professional role level, there are two realms of education: classics teacher and human teacher. There are three kinds of realm of education: active education, feeling education and enjoying education. To examine the realm of education from the aspect of "whole", there are two kinds of realms: "thing" as the main value orientation and "person" as the main value orientation. The ideal realm of education is the win-win development of the subject under the value orientation of "human-oriented". Educational activities should not only pursue the realm, but also pursue the high state. To improve the educational realm is the result of the development of human nature, the requirement of the essence of education and the premise of the quality of education. "action" and "enlightenment" are two ways to improve the educational realm. Schools, teachers and students are the main body of the improvement of educational realm. In these two paths, there are many ways to improve the educational realm.
