【摘要】： 中西部農村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程是促進農村教育跨越式發(fā)展的一項重要決策。目前,該工程已在我國中西部20個省市區(qū)范圍內全面展開,其實施周期長、投資額巨大,它主要通過教學光盤播放點、衛(wèi)星教學收視點和計算機教室三種模式,把大量現(xiàn)代信息技術設備和跨越時空的優(yōu)質教育資源送到農村中小學,是解決農村中小學教育資源短缺、師資力量不足、教學質量低下等問題的重要途徑。江西省農村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程正在實施當中,許多項目學校的教學資源已經投入使用。 本文主要采用問卷調查、訪談和實地考察方法,對江西省農村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程的現(xiàn)狀進行研究,并在調查結果統(tǒng)計分析的基礎上,對工程應用以來存在問題進行總結分析,并針對工程應用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出如何解決這些問題的對策,使這些現(xiàn)代化設備和資源在實踐中發(fā)揮作用,以期能對農村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育的進一步發(fā)展有所幫助。 全文共分為三部分: 第一部分,通過問卷調查與訪談,并結合實地考察,用圖表方法直觀的顯示出調查結果,并對結果進行分析。 第二部分,在調查結果進行分析的基礎上,指出江西省農村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程應用過程中存在的問題,主要從態(tài)度觀念、資源建設和資源應用三方面展開。 第三部分,針對所存在的問題,從觀念改變、資源建設與應用方面提出幾條可行的對策。
[Abstract]:The project of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in central and western China is an important decision to promote the development of rural education by leaps and bounds. At present, the project has been comprehensively carried out in 20 provinces and municipalities in the central and western regions of China. It has a long implementation period and a huge investment. It mainly uses three modes: the broadcast point of teaching CD-ROM, the viewing point of satellite teaching and the computer classroom. It is an important way to solve the problems of shortage of educational resources, shortage of teachers, low teaching quality and so on by sending a large number of modern information technology equipment and high-quality educational resources across time and space to primary and secondary schools in rural areas. The project of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province is being carried out, and many teaching resources of project schools have been put into use. The present situation of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province is studied by means of questionnaire, interview and field investigation, and based on the statistical analysis of the results of the investigation. This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems since the engineering application, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems in view of the problems in the process of engineering application, so that these modern equipment and resources can play a role in practice. It is expected to be helpful to the further development of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part, through the questionnaire and interview, combined with the field investigation, using the chart method to show the survey results intuitively, and analyze the results. The second part, based on the analysis of the investigation results, points out the problems existing in the application of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province, mainly from three aspects: attitude concept, resource construction and resource application. The third part, aiming at the existing problems, puts forward some feasible countermeasures from the aspects of concept change, resource construction and application.
