【摘要】: 現(xiàn)代教育技術,作為教育改革的制高點和突破口,備受廣大研究者和實踐者的關注和重視。本論文在教師專業(yè)化和教育信息化的廣闊背景下,采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實地研究法、比較法等教育科學研究方法,對安徽省中小學教師的教育技術能力現(xiàn)狀和對策進行了深入分析和探索。 第一部分,提綱挈領地闡述了論文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容及研究方法,同時指出該研究對促進安徽省中小學教師教育技術能力的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。 第二部分,在深入對比分析中美兩國中小學教師教育技術標準的基礎上,通過對教育技術和能力兩個概念的界定,闡述了教育技術能力的內(nèi)涵,并對教育技術與信息技術的關系與區(qū)別做出說明。 第三部分,通過對安徽省中小學教師教育技術能力的問卷調(diào)查,分析得出安徽省中小學教師雖然持有積極的運用教育技術的態(tài)度,但教育技術能力整體水平偏低的現(xiàn)狀。由于受經(jīng)濟條件限制,基礎設施建設和數(shù)字資源建設相對滯后,教師缺乏運用教育技術的平臺和環(huán)境。同時,現(xiàn)有教育技術培訓體系不盡完善,廣大中小學教師參加教育技術培訓的機會較少,且培訓往往不能取得好的效果。由此,論文提出具有針對性的建設性對策:首先,加大投入,加強基礎設施和數(shù)字資源建設;其次通過明確的目標定位、合理的內(nèi)容組織安排、多樣的培訓方式方法,建立合理的中小學教師教育技術培訓體系。 第四部分,提出了以提升安徽省中小學教師教育技術能力為內(nèi)涵的培訓方案。方案中包括培訓的對象及時數(shù),培訓的內(nèi)容,培訓的整體思路,培訓的方式方法,培訓的評價及實施,同時重點闡述了為支持我省中小學教師教育技術能力可持續(xù)發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡培訓平臺的建設方案。 第五部分,介紹安徽省中小學教師教育技術能力培訓項目的實施情況,并對培訓的實施做出評價,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,提出改進措施。 第六部分,簡要總結(jié)本課題的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Modern educational technology, as the commanding point and breakthrough of educational reform, has attracted the attention and attention of researchers and practitioners. Under the broad background of teacher specialization and education informatization, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field research, comparison and so on. The present situation and countermeasures of educational technology ability of primary and middle school teachers in Anhui Province are analyzed and explored. The first part outlines the research background, domestic and foreign research status, research content and research methods. It is also pointed out that this study is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Anhui Province. In the second part, on the basis of comparing and analyzing the educational technology standards of primary and middle school teachers in China and the United States, through the definition of educational technology and ability, the author expounds the connotation of educational technology ability. The relationship and difference between educational technology and information technology are explained. The third part, through the questionnaire survey on the educational technology ability of the primary and middle school teachers in Anhui Province, the author concludes that although the teachers of the primary and middle schools in Anhui province have a positive attitude towards the application of educational technology, the overall level of the educational technology ability is on the low side. Due to the limitation of economic conditions, the construction of infrastructure and digital resources lags behind, and teachers lack the platform and environment to use educational technology. At the same time, the current educational technology training system is not perfect, the vast number of primary and secondary school teachers to participate in educational technology training opportunities are less, and training often can not achieve good results. Therefore, the paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures: first, increase investment, strengthen infrastructure and digital resource construction; secondly, through clear target orientation, reasonable content organization arrangement, various training methods, Establish a reasonable system of educational technology training for primary and secondary school teachers. In the fourth part, the author puts forward a training plan to improve the educational technical ability of primary and middle school teachers in Anhui province. The program includes the number of training objects in time, the content of the training, the overall train of thought, the training methods and methods, the evaluation and implementation of the training, At the same time, the construction scheme of network training platform to support the sustainable development of teachers' educational technology ability in primary and middle schools in our province is expounded. The fifth part introduces the implementation of the educational technical ability training project for primary and secondary school teachers in Anhui Province, and makes an evaluation of the implementation of the training, summarizes the experience, and puts forward the improvement measures. The sixth part, briefly summarizes the research results of this subject.
