師生文化性失配與美國教師教育改革

【摘要】:美國教師教育面臨著多元化帶來的挑戰(zhàn):城市師資的嚴重短缺與師生之間日益嚴重的文化性失配。為了更好地為日益多元化城市公立學校培養(yǎng)更多、更好的合格師資,美國教師教育者進行了一系列的探索。在加大對少數(shù)族裔教師招募力度的同時,許多教師教育專業(yè)開設(shè)了多元化教育課程,并結(jié)合使用了多種教學策略:如反思型策略、研究型策略、實踐型策略等。并且,以文化沉浸式體驗模式為特色的新的多元化教師教育培養(yǎng)模式得到了越來越多的教師教育者的重視。這種改革的成功經(jīng)驗對于我們中國的教師教育改革有著一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:American teacher education faces the challenge of diversity: the shortage of teachers in cities and the increasingly serious cultural mismatch between teachers and students. In order to better train more and better qualified teachers for increasingly diversified urban public schools, American teachers and educators have made a series of explorations. While increasing the recruitment of ethnic minority teachers, many teachers' education majors have set up diversified education courses, and used a variety of teaching strategies, such as reflective strategy, research-oriented strategy, practical strategy and so on. Moreover, the new diversified teacher education mode characterized by cultural immersion experience has been paid more and more attention by more and more teachers and educators. The successful experience of this kind of reform has certain reference significance for our Chinese teacher education reform.
