【摘要】：師生心理契約可以根據(jù)學(xué)生期望高低和教師期望高低組合成共同期望高型、教師過(guò)度期望型、學(xué)生過(guò)度期望型和共同期望低型等四種類型。共同期望高型心理契約的學(xué)風(fēng)顯著高于共同期望低型心理契約的學(xué)風(fēng),因此,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生管理,提高教師修養(yǎng)和教學(xué)水平,是學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。大學(xué)生中屬于共同期望低型的比重過(guò)高,尤以新生和畢業(yè)生更為突出,從而導(dǎo)致目前學(xué)風(fēng)明顯下滑。
[Abstract]:The psychological contract of teachers and students can be combined to form common expectation high type and teacher excessive expectation type according to students' expectation and teacher's expectation. There are four types of students' over-expectation type and common expectation low type. The study style of common expectation high type psychological contract is significantly higher than that of common expectation low type psychological contract. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen student management and improve teachers' accomplishment and teaching level. The proportion of students who belong to the low type of common expectation is too high, especially for the freshmen and graduates, which leads to the obvious decline of the current style of study.
