【摘要】：教育教學(xué)過(guò)程中教師公正性的體現(xiàn)程度與學(xué)生的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r緊密的聯(lián)系。公正的師愛(ài)是促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康和諧發(fā)展的教育源,不公正的師愛(ài)是導(dǎo)致學(xué)生片面發(fā)展和問(wèn)題學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的影響源。導(dǎo)致學(xué)校教育教學(xué)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)不公正"師愛(ài)"的原因來(lái)自于多個(gè)方面。為解決這一問(wèn)題,首先,國(guó)家要不斷完善教師資格準(zhǔn)入制度,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行教師準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn);其次,要加強(qiáng)教師的職業(yè)道德和專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)教育,不斷提升教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)自覺(jué);其三,要改變不合理的教育評(píng)價(jià)制度,全面評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)校管理者的辦學(xué)業(yè)績(jī);其四,要加速教育人事制度改革,建立教師優(yōu)勝劣汰機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the process of education and teaching, the degree of teachers' impartiality is closely related to the development of students, and just teacher love is the source of education to promote the healthy and harmonious development of students. Unfair teacher love is the source of influence that leads to the unilateral development of students and the problem of students. The causes of unfair "teacher love" in the process of school education and teaching come from many aspects. In order to solve this problem, first of all, The state should constantly improve the admission system of teachers' qualifications and strictly enforce the standards of teachers' admission; secondly, it should strengthen teachers' professional ethics and professional literacy education, and constantly promote teachers' professional consciousness; thirdly, it should change the unreasonable educational evaluation system. It is necessary to speed up the reform of educational personnel system and establish the mechanism of teacher's survival of the fittest.
