【摘要】：《腐敗的學(xué)�！肥菄H教育規(guī)劃研究所關(guān)于全世界不同地區(qū)和國家學(xué)校腐敗的調(diào)查報告。我們從中可以了解學(xué)校腐敗的最新定義,特別是具體了解教育經(jīng)費、教師管理和教師行為、薪水外教育支出、考試、信用和認(rèn)證、私人輔導(dǎo)等最易滋生學(xué)校腐敗行為的幾個方面的腐敗表現(xiàn)以及世界各國反學(xué)校腐敗的經(jīng)驗。由此可以認(rèn)為,學(xué)校腐敗是一個世界性的現(xiàn)象,不能輕易地根據(jù)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)情況區(qū)分出哪些國家腐敗情況更加嚴(yán)重;滋生學(xué)校腐敗的原因很多;在治理學(xué)校腐敗行為時,所采取的措施應(yīng)當(dāng)系統(tǒng)化,全社會都應(yīng)該為治理學(xué)校腐敗而努力。我國應(yīng)該結(jié)合本國實際學(xué)習(xí)國際經(jīng)驗,防范和治理學(xué)校腐敗,促進(jìn)教育公平和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"corrupt Schools" is a survey report of the International Institute of Educational Planning on school corruption in different regions and countries around the world. We can learn the latest definition of school corruption, especially the funding for education. Teacher Management and teacher behavior, Expenditure on Education outside salary, examinations, Credit and Certification. Private tutoring is the most likely to breed corruption in schools in several aspects, as well as the world's anti-school corruption experience, so we can think that school corruption is a worldwide phenomenon. It is not easy to distinguish which countries are more corrupt according to national economic circumstances; There are many reasons for school corruption; When dealing with school corruption, the measures taken should be systematized and the whole society should strive to control school corruption. Our country should combine with our country's actual international experience to prevent and control school corruption. To promote equity in education and the development of educational undertakings.
