【摘要】：把握教育工程的復(fù)雜性及其產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,將為教育工程的管理方法提供科學(xué)的認(rèn)識理論依據(jù)。目前,簡單移植自然領(lǐng)域一般工程的管理方法管理教育工程,是一種普遍現(xiàn)象。由于對教育工程特有的復(fù)雜性認(rèn)識不足,導(dǎo)致工程實(shí)施應(yīng)變性差,監(jiān)控不靈,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度較高。教育工程具有雙重特性:工程的結(jié)構(gòu)化特征和豐富的教育性特征,這也是其復(fù)雜性的重要來源。教育系統(tǒng)的"松散聯(lián)結(jié)"、教育情景中結(jié)構(gòu)不良的"軟問題";教育工程周期長,具有持續(xù)性和漸進(jìn)性,從而使得教育工程項(xiàng)目具有多樣性和不確定性,教育工程實(shí)施過程具有非線性,甚至需要多重反復(fù)。教育工程的效益具有多維性、潛在性與長效性,從而使教育工程效益帶有模糊性。全面理解教育工程效益,合理把握工程評價(jià)的時(shí)機(jī),以及適時(shí)引入第三方評價(jià)機(jī)制,可在一定程度上降低教育工程評價(jià)的不確定性。
[Abstract]:To grasp the complexity of educational engineering and its inherent mechanism will provide a scientific theoretical basis for the management of educational engineering. At present, the management method of general engineering in natural field is simply transplanted to manage educational engineering. It is a common phenomenon, because of the lack of understanding of the unique complexity of educational engineering, resulting in poor implementation of the project should be changed, monitoring is not effective. The risk degree is high. Educational engineering has dual characteristics: the structural characteristics of engineering and the rich educational characteristics, which is also an important source of its complexity, and the "loose connection" of the educational system. The "soft problem" of poor structure in the educational situation; Education engineering has a long period, continuous and gradual, which makes the educational engineering project has diversity and uncertainty, and the process of educational engineering implementation is nonlinear. The benefit of educational engineering is multi-dimensional, potential and long-effect, so that the benefit of educational engineering is fuzziness, understanding the benefit of educational engineering comprehensively, and grasping the opportunity of engineering evaluation reasonably. And timely introduction of third-party evaluation mechanism can reduce the uncertainty of educational engineering evaluation to a certain extent.
