【摘要】: 作為援藏教育的一種特殊形式,內(nèi)地西藏班(校)已經(jīng)開辦了20多年。20多年來,數(shù)以萬計的西藏學生前往內(nèi)地城市求學,接受了不同層次的教育。內(nèi)地西藏班(校)的開辦為西藏培養(yǎng)了大量的急需人才,對西藏的社會、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了積極的貢獻。本文所研究的對象就是上海市行政管理學校西藏班中專畢業(yè)生這一特殊群體。筆者通過對畢業(yè)生的訪談和問卷調(diào)查等形式,用質(zhì)的研究方法探討了這一特殊群體的生涯發(fā)展的動力機制。 本文分六個章節(jié)。 第一章導論,主要論述了選題的緣由、西藏地區(qū)教育的研究現(xiàn)狀和本文所采用的研究方法。 第二章主要敘述了援藏教育的相關背景、政策措施和對該校開設內(nèi)地西藏班的歷程和畢業(yè)生的基本情況。 第三章重點研究了畢業(yè)生小A的生涯歷程。通過對他的求學經(jīng)歷、職業(yè)生涯中的重要事件的分析,論述了這一類型的畢業(yè)生群體的生涯發(fā)展動力,同時通過這個個案探討了援藏教育的意義和影響。 第四章通過畢業(yè)生小B的個案,展現(xiàn)了這個特殊群體中的女性所走過的不平坦的生涯道路,探討內(nèi)地西藏班的經(jīng)歷對西藏女性在工作、家庭和生活上所產(chǎn)生的影響,以及女性在生涯發(fā)展道路上所面對的特殊困難,由此探尋出她們生涯發(fā)展的動力。 第五章重點研究了兩位畢業(yè)生小C和小D的生涯歷程,同樣對他們求學和職業(yè)生涯中的重要事件進行了分析,探討與前者不同類型的畢業(yè)生群體的生涯發(fā)展動力。 第六章總結(jié)了本研究的主要發(fā)現(xiàn),分析了該校西藏班畢業(yè)生生涯發(fā)展的基本路徑及影響他們生涯發(fā)展的重要因素,并對本研究作了進一步的反思和展望。
[Abstract]:As a special form of education in Tibet, Tibet mainland class (school) has opened 20 years.20 years, tens of thousands of mainland students to Tibet city school, received different levels of education in Tibet. The inland class (school) for training a large number of talents for the society in Tibet, Tibet, made the the positive contribution to the economic development of this special group. The object of this study is Shanghai City Administration of Tibet school class graduates. Through the form of graduates interview and questionnaire survey, using qualitative research methods to explore the dynamic mechanism of this special group of career development.
This article is divided into six chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the origin of the topic, the present research status of education in Tibet and the research methods used in this article.
The second chapter mainly describes the background of Tibet education, the basic situation of policy measures and the creation of the Tibet mainland class of the school of history and graduates.
The third chapter focuses on the career development of graduates A. Based on his study experience, analysis of important events in the occupation career, discussed the types of groups of graduates dynamic career development, and through the case study of the significance and influence of Tibet education.
The fourth chapter through the case of graduates of small B, demonstrated this special group of women through the bumpy road of Tibet mainland career, the class experience for women working in Tibet, the impact of family and life, and women face special difficulties in life on the road of development, thus to explore the power their career development.
The fifth chapter focuses on the career development of two graduates, small C and little D, and also analyzes the important events in their schooling and career, and explores the driving force of their career development with different types of graduates.
The sixth chapter summarizes the main findings of this study, analyzes the basic path of career development of Tibet class graduates and the important factors that influence their career development, and makes further reflection and prospect for this research.
