【摘要】：少年時(shí)期是個(gè)體由不成熟走向成熟的成長階段,是個(gè)體社會(huì)化的重要時(shí)期。榜樣教育是青少年思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容,歷來是我國道德教育的重要途徑,它對青少年堅(jiān)定理想信念,提高思想覺悟,提升道德水平,促進(jìn)青少年健康成長有著不可替代的作用。榜樣可以給予青少年奮發(fā)向上的力量和成長的動(dòng)力,榜樣使得青少年在生活學(xué)習(xí)中養(yǎng)成更好的適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力,榜樣在青少年價(jià)值觀及道德發(fā)展階段發(fā)揮著重要影響。但隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,環(huán)境的變化,青少年自身素質(zhì)的提高,青少年榜樣教育的實(shí)際效果同以前相比較,傳統(tǒng)的榜樣教育實(shí)效性逐漸弱化,有的學(xué)者甚至提出榜樣教育實(shí)效性的弱化映射出榜樣教育存在的危機(jī)。面對這種形勢我們應(yīng)該為青少年樹立什么想的榜樣,如何讓樹立的榜樣對青少年的健康成長發(fā)揮作用。因此,進(jìn)一步深化榜樣教育理論和實(shí)踐研究,是新形勢下不斷增強(qiáng)榜樣教育實(shí)效性和加強(qiáng)青少年思想道德教育的客觀要求。榜樣教育具有形象性、時(shí)代性和引導(dǎo)性等特征,但任何事物都有其自身的局限性,榜樣教育也不例外。本文通過對我國榜樣教育的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀的梳理和探討認(rèn)為,當(dāng)前我國青少年榜樣教育的基本做法富有成效,但在教育方式、與偶像崇拜沖突等方面存在諸多問題。當(dāng)前青少年榜樣教育之所以出現(xiàn)這些問題,青少年榜樣教育弱化最根本原因是榜樣教育本身因素所致。如何增強(qiáng)青少年榜樣教育實(shí)效性,本文研究認(rèn)為：一是轉(zhuǎn)變榜樣教育的理念,堅(jiān)持以人為本和以培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化合格公民為目標(biāo)；二是榜樣的選樹要生活化、個(gè)性化,榜樣的選樹要生活化和理想化結(jié)合,全面化和個(gè)性化結(jié)合；三是充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源優(yōu)勢實(shí)施榜樣教育,主要是利用新媒體進(jìn)行青少年的榜樣教育；四是創(chuàng)新榜樣教育方法,主要用認(rèn)知法、體驗(yàn)式教育法、比較式教育法和互動(dòng)式教育法；五是構(gòu)建家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)三位一體教育體系,加強(qiáng)三方的聯(lián)系溝通,形成榜樣教育合力；六是建立榜樣教育長效機(jī)制,主要是長期學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制,科學(xué)的榜樣選樹機(jī)制、完善的榜樣權(quán)益保障機(jī)制。增強(qiáng)榜樣教育的實(shí)效性,離不開科學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo),同時(shí),要想讓榜樣教育和時(shí)代發(fā)展相適應(yīng),需要通過理論創(chuàng)新和不斷的實(shí)踐來實(shí)現(xiàn),找出一條適合青少年榜樣教育的新路子,充分發(fā)揮榜樣教育的作用,促進(jìn)青少年健康成長和全面進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Juvenile period is the growing stage of individual from immature to mature, it is the important period of individual socialization. Example education is an important content of ideological and political education for teenagers, and has always been an important way of moral education in China. Promoting the healthy growth of adolescents has an irreplaceable role. Example can give young people the power to make progress and the motive force to grow up. Example makes teenagers develop better ability to adapt to the society in life study. Example plays an important role in the stage of youth values and moral development. However, with the development of the times, the change of the environment, the improvement of the teenagers' own quality, the actual effect of the example education of young people compared with the past, the effectiveness of the traditional example education is gradually weakened. Some scholars even suggest that the weakening of the effectiveness of example education reflects the crisis of example education. In the face of this situation, we should set an example for young people, how to set an example for the healthy growth of young people. Therefore, further deepening the research on the theory and practice of the role model education is the objective requirement of strengthening the effectiveness of the example education and strengthening the ideological and moral education of the teenagers under the new situation. Example education has the characteristics of visualization, times and guidance, but everything has its own limitations, and example education is no exception. Based on the analysis and discussion of the development course and present situation of the example education in our country, the author thinks that the basic practice of our country's youth model education is effective, but there are many problems in the way of education, conflict with idolatry and so on. At present, the most fundamental reason for the youth model education to weaken is the example education itself. How to enhance the effectiveness of the model education for young people is studied in this paper. The first is to change the concept of example education, to adhere to the goal of "people-oriented" and to train qualified citizens of socialist modernization; The selection of role models should be combined with life and idealization, comprehensive and individualized. Third, we should make full use of the advantages of network resources to implement model education, mainly by using new media to carry out model education for young people. Fourth, we should innovate the methods of example education. It mainly uses cognitive method, experiential education method, comparative education method and interactive education method, five is to construct the trinity education system of family, school and society, to strengthen the communication between the three parties, and to form the resultant force of example education. The sixth is to establish a long-term mechanism of example education, mainly a long-term learning mechanism, a scientific model selection mechanism, and a perfect model rights and interests protection mechanism. To enhance the effectiveness of the role model education, we cannot do without the guidance of scientific theory. At the same time, if we want to make the example education adapt to the development of the times, we need to realize it through theoretical innovation and continuous practice, and find a new way suitable for the youth model education. Give full play to the role of example education to promote the healthy growth of young people and overall progress.
