【摘要】：人力資本或教育的外部性可以解釋為通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)的溢出效應(yīng)提高個(gè)人勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。本文從個(gè)人收入角度出發(fā),通過(guò)分析城市平均的教育水平提高對(duì)個(gè)人勞動(dòng)收入的影響來(lái)度量教育外部性的大小。運(yùn)用多年城市住戶(hù)調(diào)查(UHS)和中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查(CHNS)兩個(gè)不同特點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)集,采用工具變量、代理變量以及面板數(shù)據(jù)固定效應(yīng)模型處理人力資本外部性的內(nèi)生問(wèn)題。本文的回歸結(jié)果顯示,教育的外部回報(bào)率顯著為正,而且城市的平均受教育年限每增加1年,勞動(dòng)者的工資會(huì)增長(zhǎng)約7.5%~11%,這一結(jié)果具有較好的穩(wěn)健性。
[Abstract]:The externality of human capital or education can be interpreted as improving individual labor productivity through the spillover effect of learning. From the perspective of personal income, this paper measures the externality of education by analyzing the influence of the average education level of the city on the income of individual labor. Based on the data sets of (UHS) and (CHNS), the endogenetic problems of human capital externality are dealt with by means of tool variables, agency variables and panel data fixed effect models. The two data sets of urban household survey (UHS) and China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) are used to deal with the endogenetic problems of human capital externalities. The regression results show that the external rate of return on education is significantly positive, and the average number of years of education in the city increases by one year, the wages of the workers will increase by about 7.5%, and this result has good stability.
