順性的教育思想改革

【摘要】:很長一段時間我們在教育領域追求知識的積累和理性,而忽略了人性需求和發(fā)展本有的規(guī)律。教育的本質(zhì)在于發(fā)現(xiàn)并啟發(fā)人的本性和稟賦。順應本性稟賦發(fā)展的教育是最有效也最有益于自身和社會發(fā)展的。教育從重視知識培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變到重視本性發(fā)展,需要從源頭上轉(zhuǎn)變教育思維,改革現(xiàn)有功利性的教育思想,把啟發(fā)稟賦和本性作為教育的主導思想,在本性教育思想指導下,定位好教育各階段的基本使命。
[Abstract]:For a long time, we have pursued the accumulation and rationality of knowledge in the field of education, ignoring the natural laws of human needs and development. The essence of education is to discover and inspire human nature and endowment. Education adapted to natural endowment development is the most effective and most beneficial to its own and social development. In order to change education from knowledge cultivation to natural development, it is necessary to change educational thinking from the source, to reform the existing utilitarian educational thought, to take inspiration endowment and nature as the leading thought of education, under the guidance of nature education thought. Position the basic mission of each stage of education.
