【摘要】：學(xué)校文化示范校建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系是學(xué)校文化建設(shè)的導(dǎo)航儀,它由4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、14個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和44個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,具有價(jià)值屬性、操作性、關(guān)懷性和系統(tǒng)性特征,源于教育向善的價(jià)值屬性、國家文化與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和學(xué)校文化定義的學(xué)理基礎(chǔ);其現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)是以點(diǎn)帶面、以培帶評(píng)、以建促改的工作原則和學(xué)校文化建設(shè)存在的三大問題:邏輯難自洽、概念不操作、說做"兩張皮"。《指標(biāo)體系》是解決問題的思路和操作指南�！吨笜�(biāo)體系》的評(píng)估應(yīng)用包括配套應(yīng)用、過程應(yīng)用和結(jié)果應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The index system of school culture demonstration school construction is the navigator of school culture construction. It is composed of 4 primary indexes, 14 second class indexes and 44 third grade indexes. It has the characteristics of value, operability, care and systematicness. It is derived from the value attribute of education to the good, the theoretical basis of the definition of national culture and socialist core values and school culture, and its realistic basis is to improve and evaluate the value of education. The working principle of promoting reform by construction and the three major problems existing in the construction of school culture are: logic is difficult to agree with itself, the concept is not operational, The index system is the train of thought and operation guide to solve the problem. The evaluation application of the index system includes the matching application, the process application and the result application.
