【摘要】：剛踏上教育崗位不久的青年教師,他們的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)知識基本符合小學(xué)教師的要求,但缺乏對課堂教學(xué)的系統(tǒng)思考和整體把握,在教學(xué)目標的制定、教學(xué)策略的設(shè)計和教學(xué)評價的實施方面把握不夠。因此,我們通過對青年教師的課堂教學(xué)目標—策略—評估一致性的研究,指導(dǎo)青年教師根據(jù)新課程的要求,確立具體的三維教學(xué)目標,依據(jù)目標設(shè)計教學(xué)策略,并探索與之相匹配的評價方法,建立教學(xué)目標、教學(xué)策略與教學(xué)評價的一致性。本文對教學(xué)目標—策略—評價三者一致性的相關(guān)理論,包括它們的內(nèi)涵、意義和已有理論模型和實踐經(jīng)驗進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,就目前我校青年教師的課堂教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,特別是教學(xué)目標、策略、評價不一致的情況進行了分析。再者,基于已有的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實問題存在原因的分析,嘗試建構(gòu)教學(xué)目標、教學(xué)策略和教學(xué)評價三者一致性的教學(xué)框架。以此來幫助我校青年教師加速提高課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計的水平和課堂教學(xué)策略的實施能力,促進青年教師的專業(yè)成長,以提高課堂教學(xué)的有效性和保證教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。通過本研究得出結(jié)論:第一,課堂教學(xué)中“目標 策略-評價”一致性是當(dāng)前課程改革的趨勢;第二,教學(xué)目標是做到“目標 策略-評價”一致性的靈魂;第三,評價的設(shè)計與實施必須與目標高度匹配才能實現(xiàn)“目標 策略-評價”的一致性�！澳繕� 策略-評價”一致性研究給青年教師的課堂帶來了深刻的變革,使他們得以從三者一致性的原理層面建立專業(yè)自信與專業(yè)自覺。我們堅信,基于“目標 策略-評價”一致性有效課堂定將走向必然與常態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Young teachers who have just embarked on educational posts, their academic qualifications and professional knowledge basically meet the requirements of primary school teachers, but they lack systematic thinking and overall grasp of classroom teaching, and in the formulation of teaching goals, The design of teaching strategy and the implementation of teaching evaluation are not enough. Therefore, through the research on the consistency of classroom teaching goal-strategy-evaluation of young teachers, we instruct young teachers to establish specific three-dimensional teaching objectives according to the requirements of the new curriculum, and design teaching strategies according to the objectives It also explores the corresponding evaluation methods and establishes the consistency of teaching objectives, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation. Based on the relevant theories of the consistency of teaching goal, strategy and evaluation, including their connotation, significance, existing theoretical models and practical experience, the present situation of classroom teaching of young teachers in our school is discussed in this paper. In particular, the teaching objectives, strategies, evaluation of inconsistent situations were analyzed. Furthermore, based on the existing theoretical basis and the analysis of the causes of practical problems, this paper attempts to construct a teaching framework which is consistent with the teaching objectives, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation. The aim is to help young teachers in our school to improve the level of classroom teaching design and the ability to implement classroom teaching strategies, to promote the professional growth of young teachers, and to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and ensure the quality of teaching. The conclusions are as follows: first, the consistency of "goal-evaluation" in classroom teaching is the trend of current curriculum reform; second, the teaching goal is the soul of "goal-to-evaluate" consistency; third, The design and implementation of evaluation must match the target height in order to achieve the consistency of goal strategy and evaluation. The research on the consistency of "goal strategy evaluation" has brought a profound change to the classroom of young teachers, which enables them to establish professional self-confidence and professional consciousness from the principle of consistency among them. We firmly believe that a consistent and effective classroom based on goal strategy-evaluation will be inevitable and normal.
