20世紀(jì)90年代以來美國新品格教育的實踐進展研究

【摘要】:在全球化、信息化、市場化以及社會變遷劇烈的時代,如何為新時代培育出品格高尚的人成為世界各國重要的教育議題。我國自上世紀(jì)90年代以來一直處于的社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,傳統(tǒng)社會價值和道德教育方式也受到了極大的沖擊,如何尋求新價值方向和有效的教育方式方法,也成為新時代的話題。美國自上世紀(jì)70年代以來,便對本國品格教育問題進行了研究,其品格教育的政策、理念與方式方法都被我國學(xué)界所關(guān)注。但最近30年以來,其品格教育的課程、實施項目以及實踐狀況到底如何,需要進一步的考察。在于此,本人利用留學(xué)美國一年的機會,深度研討了相關(guān)文獻,并考察了美國的一些幼兒園和學(xué)校,探索了美國在品格教育方面在最近三十年的進展?fàn)顩r。論文共由五部分構(gòu)成,遵循從歷史到當(dāng)下、從宏觀到微觀、從理論到實踐的邏輯展開。第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了研究背景、意義以及本文的研究問題、基本概念和研究方法,并同時綜述了國內(nèi)相關(guān)的研究,明確了本研究的出發(fā)點以及宗旨所在。第一章主要陳述了近三十年美國新品格教育的發(fā)展背景,內(nèi)容主要包括上世紀(jì)90年代時的美國新品格教育的歷史特征、近三十年來美國政府和社會對新品格教育的重視與政策支持,學(xué)術(shù)界對當(dāng)時占有主導(dǎo)影響力的品格教育理論的批判,以及學(xué)術(shù)界重新建構(gòu)的新品格教育理論。本章為全文描繪了近三十年美國新品格教育的歷史、政策、社會以及思想界基礎(chǔ),也為第二、第三章鋪設(shè)了必要的宏觀背景。第二章是論文的主體部分之一,重點分析了新品格教育的課程與項目。一些富有影響力的課程包括學(xué)前到高中階段的IM4U課程,"品格至要"課程和"長頸鹿"課程,項目方面重點介紹了針對頻發(fā)的校園沖突和欺凌問題而在被當(dāng)前學(xué)校中具體運用的兩個卓有成效的項目。論文主要陳述了這些課程和項目的基本主張、實踐策略以及當(dāng)前的應(yīng)用推廣情況。第三章是對美國幼兒園和小學(xué)校進行的實踐考察,也是論文的主要內(nèi)容之一,主要記錄和分析了同伴沖突與校園欺凌的情境下教師的教育策略、背后所蘊含的教育理論以及相應(yīng)的政策理念對他們教育行為的影響等問題。這一章是從教育實踐層面進一步清晰美國新品格教育的實際進展?fàn)顟B(tài)。第四章是美國新品格教育所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),對新品格教育的合理性、實踐成效以及存在的不足進行了分析。本文認為,總體上,近三十年來美國新品格教育的實踐成效是值得肯定的,積累了很多富有借鑒意義的課程方案、項目方案以及教育教學(xué)方式方法。這些成就的取得與美國政府的高度重視、社會關(guān)注以及學(xué)術(shù)界的理論引領(lǐng)都是密不可分的。當(dāng)然,我們還要客觀地看待美國新品格教育的不足之處,比如,師資培訓(xùn)不足、缺乏相應(yīng)的評價機制、以及脫離道德情境而簡單進行道德灌輸?shù)那闆r也很常見;同時,美國學(xué)術(shù)界過分強調(diào)學(xué)校和個人在品格教育上的責(zé)任,而忽視社會、經(jīng)濟等因素在其中的影響力。
[Abstract]:In the globalization, informatization, marketization and the dramatic social change era, how to cultivate the new era produced noble personality people become an important issue for the education of our country has been in the world. Since the last century since 90s, the period of social transformation, the traditional social values and moral education have a great impact, how to seek a new method the value direction and effective way of education, has become a new topic. The United States since the last century since 70s, the domestic character education of the character education policy, theory and methods have been concerned about my Ancient Chinese Literature Search field. However, since the last 30 years, the character education curriculum, the implementation of the project and the practice of what needs further investigation. In this, I use the opportunity to study in the United States for a year, in-depth discussion of the relevant literature, and studied the American kindergarten And the school, explores the situation in character education in recent thirty years of American progress. The thesis consists of five parts, follow from the history to the present, from macroscopic to microcosmic, from theory to practice logic. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance and research questions of this paper, the basic concept of and the research methods, and summarizes the domestic related research, defines the starting point of this study and the purpose. The first chapter presents the background of the development of the new character education in the past thirty years, the historical features include the new character education in 90s of the last thirty years the United States government and society attention and policy of new character education support, academic criticism of the then dominant influence of character education theory, and academic re construction of new character education theory. This chapter is This paper describes the new character education in the past thirty years of history, policy, social and ideological basis, but also for the second, the macro background necessary laying third chapter. The second chapter is the main part of the thesis, focuses on the analysis of the curriculum and the project of the new character education. This chapter is from the practice of education level to further clear the new character education of the actual status. The fourth chapter is the new character education is facing the challenge of the rationality of the new character education and practice the effectiveness and shortcomings are analyzed. This paper argues that, on the whole, nearly thirty years of American new character education practice is worth affirmation, accumulated a lot of rich reference program, project plan and teaching methods. These achievements are attaches great importance to the American government, and social concern the academic theory of leading are inseparable. Of course, we still have shortcomings, objectively look at the new character education for teacher training is insufficient, lack of phase The evaluation mechanism and the moral instillation are also very common. At the same time, the American academia overemphasizes the responsibility of schools and individuals in character education, but ignores the influence of social and economic factors.
