理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想研究

【摘要】:理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想是馬克思主義教育思想的重要組成部分。我國的教育事業(yè)是在馬克思主義教育思想指導(dǎo)下起步并不斷發(fā)展起來的。本文以馬克思主義理論與實踐結(jié)合的教育思想為主線,探討了理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想在中國的運用與發(fā)展脈絡(luò),建構(gòu)了中國化馬克思主義理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想的基本理論框架,以期對當(dāng)前中國教育改革和發(fā)展起到借鑒作用�!盀槭裁次覀兊膶W(xué)�?偸桥囵B(yǎng)不出杰出的人才?”著名的“錢學(xué)森之問”引發(fā)社會各界深思的同時,更是對我國長期以來教育問題的詰問。中國的教育到底出了什么問題?究其原因,最重要的問題在于我們的教育無論是在教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容還是在人才培養(yǎng)模式上都存在著理論與實踐脫節(jié)的問題。針對中國教育存在的理論與實踐脫節(jié)問題,本文從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個層面展開研究。第一,從宏觀層面來看,馬克思主義理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想始終在指導(dǎo)著中國教育事業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展。中國教育實踐過程也豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義理論與實踐結(jié)合的教育思想,我國教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想、重視發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的思想、全面發(fā)展的教育方針和各種教育政策都是對理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想的繼承和發(fā)展。第二,從中觀層面看,人類社會實踐是人的發(fā)展的基本條件,教育與社會實踐結(jié)合是教育發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律。當(dāng)今時代,教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技等社會實踐聯(lián)系越來越緊密,教育與整個社會實踐相結(jié)合具有了新的內(nèi)涵和外延,教育通過與生產(chǎn)勞動結(jié)合、與革命實踐結(jié)合、與科學(xué)研究結(jié)合的過程中不斷推進(jìn)社會文明和人的發(fā)展。第三,從微觀層面看,教育作為一種根據(jù)社會需要提高人的身心素質(zhì)發(fā)展的實踐活動,主要是通過教學(xué)途徑實現(xiàn)的。個體素質(zhì)的提高和個性的自由發(fā)展是在理論知識教學(xué)和教學(xué)實踐結(jié)合過程中實現(xiàn)的。針對新時期中國教育的時代使命和現(xiàn)實教學(xué)中存在的理論與實踐脫節(jié)問題,研究如何在理論與實踐結(jié)合過程中推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育、加強(qiáng)實踐能力和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)是當(dāng)前教學(xué)改革的重要任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。本文從歷史與現(xiàn)實相結(jié)合的角度,對中國化馬克思主義理論與實踐結(jié)合教育思想的形成、發(fā)展以及在教育改革中的運用進(jìn)行了深入的分析。這不僅在推進(jìn)馬克思主義教育思想中國化的發(fā)展上有著重要的理論意義和學(xué)術(shù)價值,而且對于當(dāng)前以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建中國特色教育思想、指導(dǎo)中國教育改革實踐有著重要的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The educational thought of combining theory with practice is an important part of Marxist educational thought. The educational cause of our country started and developed under the guidance of Marxist educational thought. On the main line of educational thought combined with practice, This paper probes into the application and development of the educational thought of combining theory and practice in China, and constructs the basic theoretical framework of the combination of Marxist theory and practice in China. In order to play a reference role in the current education reform and development of China. "Why our schools are always unable to train outstanding talents?" "the famous" Qian Xuesen's question "causes all circles of society to ponder deeply, at the same time, it is also the question of our country's education question for a long time. What is wrong with China's education in the end? The reason is that the most important problem lies in the disconnection between theory and practice in our education, whether in the educational goal, the content of education or the mode of talent training. In view of the disconnection between theory and practice in Chinese education, This paper studies from the macro, meso and micro levels. First, from the macro level, The combination of Marxist theory and practice has always guided the reform and development of education in China, and the process of educational practice in China has enriched and developed the educational thought of combining Marxist theory with practice. The thought of giving priority to the development of education in our country, the thought of attaching importance to the development of vocational and technical education, the educational policy of all-round development and all kinds of educational policies are the inheritance and development of the educational thought of combining theory and practice. Human social practice is the basic condition of human development, and the combination of education and social practice is the objective law of educational development. The combination of education and the whole social practice has new connotations and denotations. In the process of combining education with production and labor, with revolutionary practice and with scientific research, education continuously promotes social civilization and human development. At the micro level, education is a practical activity to improve the physical and mental quality of human beings according to the needs of the society. The improvement of individual quality and the free development of personality are realized in the course of combining theoretical knowledge teaching with teaching practice. Aiming at the epoch mission and realistic teaching of Chinese education in the new period. The disconnection between theory and practice exists, It is an important task and goal of current teaching reform to study how to promote quality-oriented education in the process of combining theory with practice, and to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability and innovative entrepreneurial ability. The formation of the educational thought of the combination of Marxist theory and practice in China, It not only has important theoretical significance and academic value in promoting the development of Marxist educational thought in China, but also has the guidance of Marxism at present. It is important to construct the educational thought with Chinese characteristics and to guide the practice of Chinese educational reform.
