【摘要】：作為現(xiàn)代高等教育發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,專業(yè)碩士和學(xué)術(shù)碩士處于同一學(xué)歷層次,產(chǎn)品培養(yǎng)規(guī)格各有側(cè)重。筆者通過抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對二者工資差距進行Appleton分解發(fā)現(xiàn),碩士研究生就業(yè)存在較高的行業(yè)集中度,專業(yè)碩士在勞動力市場中獲得了較學(xué)術(shù)碩士更高的工資收益,個體通過教育產(chǎn)品的選擇帶來的行業(yè)分布差異是這一現(xiàn)象的主要原因,教育產(chǎn)品選擇是行業(yè)自選擇的重要因素。修正樣本自選擇偏差后,行業(yè)選擇仍顯著存在,并解釋了所有差異的54.286%。相較于學(xué)術(shù)碩士的行業(yè)分布,專業(yè)碩士更加集中于以現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)為代表的技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),反映了研究生教育改革"服務(wù)需求、提高質(zhì)量"的主線與初步成果。二者的工資差距揭示了當下產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進對于個人人力資本投資的激勵方向。
[Abstract]:As the product of the development of modern higher education, the professional master and the academic master are in the same educational level, and the product training specifications have their own emphases. Through the sample survey data, the author makes a Appleton analysis of the wage gap between the two. There is a higher degree of industry concentration in the employment of postgraduates, and professional masters earn higher wages than academic masters in the labor market. The main reasons for this phenomenon are the differences in the distribution of industries brought about by the choice of educational products. Education product selection is an important factor of industry self-selection. After correcting the deviation of sample selections, the industry selection still exists significantly, and explains the 54.286. Professional masters are more focused on technology-intensive industries represented by modern service industries, reflecting the "service needs" of graduate education reform. The main line of "improving quality" and the preliminary achievement. The wage gap between them reveals the incentive direction of the evolution of industrial structure to individual human capital investment.
