學校德育7s模型的構建與應用

【摘要】:德育是學校以社會主義核心價值觀為主線,對學生進行政治、思想、道德和心理品質教育,目的在于促進學生全面發(fā)展。學校德育工作應從實際出發(fā),遵循學生成長規(guī)律,不斷完善德育工作體系,提升德育工作效果,為社會主義事業(yè)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)更多高素質人才。由于學校教育和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營有許多相通和連接之處,誕生于企業(yè)管理領域的麥肯錫7s模型同樣適用于學校的德育工作。文章從分析中外德育現(xiàn)狀入手,闡釋了德育7s模型內涵,提出了具體應用路徑。
[Abstract]:Moral education is to educate students with political, ideological, moral and psychological qualities by taking socialist core values as the main line. The purpose of moral education is to promote the all-round development of students. The work of moral education in schools should proceed from reality and follow the law of students' growth. Constantly improve the moral education work system, improve the moral education work effect, train more high-quality talents for the development of the socialist cause. Since there are many similarities and connections between school education and enterprise production and management, The McKinsey 7s model, which was born in the field of enterprise management, is also suitable for the moral education in schools. This paper analyzes the present situation of moral education at home and abroad, explains the connotation of the 7s model and puts forward the concrete application path.
