【摘要】：教育理論、政策與實(shí)踐三者并不是我們所想象的傳遞關(guān)系,政策也并非僅僅是聯(lián)系理論與實(shí)踐的橋梁或中介。這三者實(shí)際上是一種三足鼎立的關(guān)系,相互關(guān)聯(lián)。教育理論、教育政策與教育實(shí)踐分屬三個(gè)不同的群體,教育理論對(duì)教育實(shí)踐和政策制定的作用有限;教育理論難于指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,制定好的政策在實(shí)踐中也常常存在失真的現(xiàn)象,政策與實(shí)踐存在很多困境和沖突。
[Abstract]:Education theory, policy and practice are not the transmission relations that we imagine, and policy is not just a bridge or intermediary between theory and practice. Education theory, educational policy and educational practice belong to three different groups, and educational theory has limited effect on educational practice and policy making. Education theory is difficult to guide practice, and there is often distortion in the practice of making good policies. There are many difficulties and conflicts between policy and practice.
