【摘要】：利用人口發(fā)展方程模型,可以預(yù)測未來一段時間內(nèi)西藏地區(qū)人口數(shù)量、自然增長率以及人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)的變化趨勢。該人口演變的結(jié)果,將影響當(dāng)?shù)馗骷壗逃A段適齡人口總體規(guī)模的變化,進(jìn)而影響該地區(qū)未來各級學(xué)校的生源數(shù)量以及在校生數(shù)量的變化。對西藏地區(qū)人口轉(zhuǎn)變趨勢以及各級學(xué)校適齡人口演變趨勢進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測,可以對該地區(qū)教育發(fā)展的總體規(guī)劃起到有益的幫助,對未來教育投入的合理配置也有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。同時還要兼顧不同區(qū)域教育發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象,通過有效激勵制度的建立,來推進(jìn)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Using the model of population development equation, the number of people in Tibet can predict the future period of time, the natural growth rate and the change of population age structure of the population evolution trend. The result will influence the change of local education at all levels of the overall size of the school-age population, then affect the future at all levels of schools in the region the number of the number of students and students changes in the Tibet area. Population changes and the trend of school aged population evolution trend analysis and forecast, can overall planning on the development of education in the region to help, also have certain guiding significance for the future teaching of rational allocation of education investment. At the same time, but also take into account the different development of regional education imbalance, through the establishment of an effective incentive system and to advance the development of education in rural areas.
