【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)H省德育校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)班70名學(xué)員進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)化問(wèn)卷、觀察、訪談,收集教育日記、工作記錄、課堂討論、反思等資料,并通過(guò)Nvivo11.0軟件進(jìn)行質(zhì)性分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,農(nóng)村學(xué)校德育呈現(xiàn)明顯困境狀況。就宏觀背景而言,"農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)卷化"趨勢(shì)下人口大規(guī)模流動(dòng),對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)道德生成基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生了不利影響;農(nóng)村教育對(duì)象的整體邊緣化趨勢(shì),加大了學(xué)校德育工作難度。其微觀生成原因是學(xué)校德育的目標(biāo)偏離、德育隊(duì)伍的多重積弱、農(nóng)村家庭的"教育卸責(zé)"。消解農(nóng)村學(xué)校德育困境,研究者應(yīng)強(qiáng)化學(xué)校主陣地功能,明晰家庭教育責(zé)任,構(gòu)建政府保障機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Through semi-structured questionnaire, the H province moral principal training class of 70 students to observe, interview, collect education diary, work records, classroom discussion, reflection data, and through the Nvivo11.0 software for qualitative analysis, the results showed that under the background of urbanization, rural school moral education has obvious distress on the macro background., "agricultural Involution" under the trend of large-scale population flow, which had a negative impact on the social moral formation foundation of marginalization of rural education; the whole object, increasing the difficulty of the work of school moral education. The students into the school moral education micro reason is the deviation of the target, and multiple moral education team, rural family "educational" digestion. Rural school moral dilemma, researchers should strengthen the function of school education, clarifying the responsibility of family education, construction of government guarantee mechanism, strengthen the construction of community culture.
