人力資本的價(jià)值管理——中國(guó)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)研究會(huì)2015年人本中國(guó)高峰論壇會(huì)議綜述

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),中國(guó)已全面進(jìn)入人力資本時(shí)代,人力資本的管理和運(yùn)營(yíng)問(wèn)題成為當(dāng)前人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和重要課題。本屆論壇首次引入了人才眾籌、人才IPO、人才合伙制等具有前瞻性的人力資源管理理念。中國(guó)企業(yè)不再盲目移植國(guó)外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)與工具,他們?cè)谏钊雵?guó)外理論研究與國(guó)內(nèi)文化土壤的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷進(jìn)行理念創(chuàng)新、機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,逐步建立起中國(guó)式的人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理。會(huì)議集聚了政、產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研各界智慧,展示了目前人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理領(lǐng)域的最新理論研究進(jìn)展和企業(yè)實(shí)踐方面的創(chuàng)新性成果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic development of our country entering the new normal, China has entered the era of human capital in an all-round way, and the management and operation of human capital has become the focus and important topic in the field of human resources development. For the first time, this forum has introduced talent crowdfunding, talent IPO, talent partnership and other forward-looking human resources management concepts. Chinese enterprises are no longer blindly transplanting advanced technologies and tools from abroad. On the basis of deepening foreign theoretical research and domestic cultural soil, they continue to carry out conceptual innovation, mechanism innovation, technological innovation, and gradually establish Chinese-style human resources development and management. The meeting gathered the wisdom of politics, production, learning and research, and showed the latest theoretical research progress and innovative achievements in enterprise practice in the field of human resources development and management.
