【摘要】：職業(yè)訓練局是香港組織職業(yè)教育的主要機構(gòu),它是集理論學習和實踐訓練為一體的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育模式,為香港經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展做出突出的貢獻。職業(yè)訓練院是在結(jié)合我國多年職業(yè)教育實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出的一種較為先進的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育"技能強國"理念,寄希望于為我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供優(yōu)秀的技能型人力資源支撐。香港職業(yè)訓練局無論在辦學理念、模式、方法及體系上均積累了豐富的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育經(jīng)驗,對內(nèi)地職業(yè)訓練院的構(gòu)建和發(fā)展具有理論與實踐上的借鑒啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The Vocational training Council (VTC) is the main organization of vocational education in Hong Kong. It is a modern vocational education mode which integrates theoretical learning and practical training, and makes outstanding contributions to the development of Hong Kong's economy and society. On the basis of many years of practical experience in vocational education in China, the Vocational training Institute (VTC) puts forward a more advanced concept of "skill country" in modern vocational education. Hope to provide excellent technical human resources support for the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure. The Hong Kong Vocational training Council (VTC) has accumulated rich experience in modern vocational education in terms of the concept, mode, method and system of running a school, which is of theoretical and practical significance for the construction and development of the mainland Vocational training Institute (VTC).
