【摘要】：公平與效率仿佛總是背道而馳,多元化管理的研究進展成為這句話的一個注解。文章對相關(guān)研究進行了縱向梳理,歸納了基于不同理論背景的多元化管理研究的三種框架,分別是制度導(dǎo)向的框架、戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向的框架和關(guān)系導(dǎo)向的框架,這在跨文化和多元化已成為常態(tài)化的今天,為我國組織的人力資源管理理論與實踐的創(chuàng)新提供了新的思路。文章對這三種框架進行了比較分析并展望了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Fairness and efficiency always seem to run counter to each other, and the research progress of pluralistic management has become an annotation of this sentence. This article has carried on the longitudinal comb to the related research, has summed up three kinds of frameworks of the diversification management research based on the different theoretical background, namely, the system-oriented frame, the strategic-oriented frame and the relation-oriented frame, and so on. This provides a new way to innovate the theory and practice of human resources management in our country when cross-culture and pluralism have become the norm today. This paper makes a comparative analysis of these three frameworks and looks forward to the future research direction.
