【摘要】：運(yùn)用《全國科技進(jìn)步統(tǒng)計(jì)監(jiān)測報(bào)告》數(shù)據(jù)對甘肅省科技進(jìn)步環(huán)境各指標(biāo)情況進(jìn)行分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),科技進(jìn)步環(huán)境指標(biāo)——科技人力資源、科研物質(zhì)條件、科技意識指標(biāo)的好壞對甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。"十一五"期間,甘肅省科技進(jìn)步環(huán)境指數(shù)低于全國監(jiān)測值,高層次科技人員缺乏,科技人員工資待遇較低,科研儀器設(shè)備投入增長緩慢,科技人力資源和科研意識成為制約甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平提高的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the National Statistical Monitoring report on the Progress of Science and Technology in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the environmental indicators of the progress of science and technology in Gansu Province. The quality of scientific and technological awareness indicators has an important impact on the economic and social development of Gansu Province. " During the 11th five-year Plan period, the environmental index of scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province was lower than the national monitoring value, there was a shortage of high-level scientific and technological personnel, the salary of scientific and technological personnel was relatively low, and the input of scientific research instruments Scientific and technological human resources and scientific research consciousness have become the main factors restricting the improvement of Gansu's economic and social development level.
