P集團公司人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:本文主要是對P集團公司人力資源進行研究,P集團公司是一家以開采經(jīng)營煤炭為主的老牌國有企業(yè),為適應國家“十三五”規(guī)劃以及煤炭工業(yè)“十三五”規(guī)劃發(fā)展需要,制定適合該企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。企業(yè)為保證其生存發(fā)展,就必須要制定人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對人力資源進行長遠開發(fā),提高企業(yè)隊伍整體素質(zhì),挖掘高質(zhì)量人才,培養(yǎng)企業(yè)新生力量,留住企業(yè)精英人才。目前全世界的競爭變得更加殘酷,人才越來越被更多的人重視起來,企業(yè)想要存活下去,不想被市場無情淘汰,就必須要把人力資源戰(zhàn)略放在企業(yè)制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心地位。針對本文的課題特點,將進行實地調(diào)研、查閱歷史資料,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對比,并通過相關SWOT分析和定性定量分析等研究方法相結(jié)合。首先,本文簡介了國內(nèi)外煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,中國“十三五”規(guī)劃以及煤炭工業(yè)“十三五”規(guī)劃發(fā)展,通過背景分析來對P集團公司人力資源發(fā)展定下基調(diào);其次,分析國內(nèi)外人力資源現(xiàn)狀,闡述相關基礎理論,為P集團公司研究人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供理論基礎;再者,分析國有企業(yè)人力資源通病,評估P集團公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,結(jié)合以上兩者,找出P集團公司人力資源管理方面存在的問題;然后,通過各項數(shù)據(jù)分析,針對其人力資源現(xiàn)狀,定位其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,闡明制定其人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),最后制定P集團公司人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,通過優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、開展人力資源培訓、完善人力資源招聘等方面,保障P集團公司人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實施。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the human resources of P Group Company, which is an old state-owned enterprise mainly engaged in coal mining, in order to meet the needs of the national 13th Five-Year Plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan of Coal Industry. To formulate a human resources development strategy suitable for the transformation and development of the enterprise. In order to ensure its survival and development, enterprises must formulate human resources development strategy, develop human resources in the long term, improve the overall quality of the enterprise team, tap high-quality talents, cultivate the new strength of enterprises, and retain the elite talents of enterprises. At present, the competition in the world is becoming more and more cruel, and more people attach importance to talents. If enterprises want to survive and do not want to be ruthlessly eliminated by the market, they must put the human resource strategy at the core of the development strategy of enterprises. According to the characteristics of this paper, this paper will carry on the field investigation, consult the historical data, compare the statistical data, and combine the related SWOT analysis with the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the present situation of coal industry development at home and abroad, the 13th Five-Year Plan of China and the 13th Five-Year Plan of Coal Industry, and sets the tone for the development of human resources of P Group Company through background analysis. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of human resources at home and abroad, expounds the relevant basic theories, and provides a theoretical basis for the study of human resources development strategy in P Group. Thirdly, it analyzes the common problems of human resources in state-owned enterprises, evaluates the strategic environment of human resources of P group company, and finds out the problems in human resource management of P group company combined with the above two. Then, according to the current situation of human resources, this paper analyzes the status quo of human resources, aims at its development strategy, clarifies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of formulating its human resources development strategy, and finally formulates the human resources development strategy of P Group Company. Finally, by optimizing the organization structure, carrying out human resource training and perfecting the recruitment of human resources, we can ensure the smooth implementation of the human resources development strategy of P Group.
