我國三地區(qū)全科服務團隊人力資源現(xiàn)況研究

【摘要】:目的了解我國社區(qū)全科服務團隊人力資源現(xiàn)況,為我國全科團隊服務模式的進一步研究提供依據(jù)。方法采用目的性抽樣法,2012年選取北京、杭州、太原三個城市的國家示范社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心及其管轄的社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站,對其所有全科服務團隊的團隊長進行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查問卷的主要內(nèi)容包括全科服務團隊的構(gòu)成、團隊成員的學歷和職稱情況及團隊成員的收入等。共發(fā)放問卷71份,收回有效問卷66份,問卷的有效回收率為93.0%(66/71)。結(jié)果太原調(diào)查團隊數(shù)35組,團隊總?cè)藬?shù)80人;北京調(diào)查團隊數(shù)22組,團隊總?cè)藬?shù)72人;杭州調(diào)查團隊數(shù)9組,團隊總?cè)藬?shù)46人。調(diào)查的66個全科服務團隊中,平均每個團隊有3.0名成員,平均每團隊服務人數(shù)944人;39.4%的團隊由醫(yī)護防組成,45.5%的團隊由醫(yī)生、護士組成,15.1%的團隊由醫(yī)護防及其他成員組成。三地區(qū)的全科服務團隊成員中,本科以下學歷者占27.8%,本科學歷者占66.7%,研究生及以上學歷者占5.5%;初級職稱者占34.3%,中級職稱者占51.5%,高級職稱者占14.2%。年收入在4萬及以下者占46.5%,工作年限在5年及以下者占45.0%。結(jié)論我國全科服務團隊成員人數(shù)及配備均不足,仍需增加全科服務團隊成員數(shù)量,完善人員配備;全科服務團隊成員學歷及職稱均較高,重在加強其全科服務理念;工資待遇普遍偏低,亟須提高成員待遇,穩(wěn)定人員。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of human resource of community general service team in China, and to provide the basis for further study of general practice team service model in China. Methods the national demonstration community health service centers in Beijing, Hangzhou and Taiyuan and the community health service stations under their jurisdiction were selected by using a targeted sampling method in 2012. The team leaders of all their general service teams were investigated by questionnaire. The main contents of the questionnaire include the composition of the general service team, the qualifications and titles of the team members and the income of the team members. A total of 71 questionnaires were sent out and 66 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 93.0% (66 / 71). Results there were 35 investigation teams in Taiyuan with 80 teams, 22 investigation teams in Beijing and 72 in Hangzhou, and there were 9 investigation teams in Hangzhou and 46 in Hangzhou. In the 66 general service teams surveyed, the average number of members per team was 3.0, and the average number of service members per team was 944; 39.4% of the teams were made up of medical and nursing staff, 45.5% of the teams were composed of doctors and nurses, and 15.1% of the teams were composed of medical and nursing and other members. Among the members of the general service team in the three regions, 27.8% had a bachelor's degree, 66.7% had a bachelor's degree, and 5.5% had a graduate degree or above. Primary title 34.3, intermediate title 51.5, senior title 14.2. 46.5 percent earned 40,000 or less a year and 45.0 percent worked for five years or less. Conclusion the number and equipment of the general service team in China are insufficient, it is necessary to increase the number of the members of the general service team and improve the staffing, the academic qualifications and titles of the members of the general service team are both higher, and the emphasis is on strengthening their general service concept. Wages are generally low, the urgent need to improve the treatment of members, stable personnel.
