【摘要】：目的為更好地完善人力資源配置,提高疾控系統(tǒng)工作能力提供依據(jù)。方法調(diào)查淮安地區(qū)疾控機構(gòu)2012—2014年人員年齡、性別、學歷、職稱、工作崗位及編制等人力資源評價指標,同時收集各地區(qū)的面積及服務人口數(shù),運用STATA 12.0軟件分析年各機構(gòu)人員分布情況。結(jié)果 2012—2014年淮安地區(qū)疾控機構(gòu)人員總數(shù)有所增加,但相對于標準來說仍然不足。年齡層在40~49歲人員居多,其次是50歲以上人員;學歷分布以本科為主;中級職稱人員數(shù)量逐年下降但仍以其為主;專業(yè)技術(shù)崗位比例符合相關(guān)要求。結(jié)論淮安地區(qū)疾控機構(gòu)人力資源嚴重缺乏,高學歷及中高級職稱人員與省內(nèi)兄弟市相比差距較大。需加強高素質(zhì)人員的補充以適應疾控發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the human resource allocation and improve the ability of disease control system. Methods Human resource evaluation indexes, such as age, sex, academic background, professional title, job post and establishment, were investigated from 2012 to 2014 in Huaian disease control institution, and the area and service population of each area were collected at the same time. STATA 12.0 software was used to analyze the distribution of personnel in each organization. Results there was an increase in the total number of CDC personnel in Huai'an in 2012-2014, but it was still insufficient by standards. The age group is more than 40 or 49 years old, followed by those over 50 years of age; the educational background distribution is mainly undergraduate; the number of intermediate title personnel is decreasing year by year, but it is still the main one; the proportion of professional and technical posts accords with the relevant requirements. Conclusion there is a serious shortage of human resources in disease control institutions in Huaian area. Need to strengthen the supplement of high-quality personnel to meet the needs of disease control and development.
